Nadi Hotels with Parking

The environment is great and the facilities are decent. However, the breakfast really falls short of Asian guests' expectations; it's quite a downgrade compared to hotels in Asia.

The entire hotel is built by the sea, and the sea view is beautiful. Unfortunately, the beach and the sea are black, so you can only swim in the hotel's pool. Additionally, the hotel is newly built, and many facilities are still under construction. The room was a bit dirty, and there were small black bugs on the sheets. However, the hotel itself is beautifully constructed, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The prices for items inside the hotel are not much different from outside prices. Overall, my impression was pretty good, but they really need to improve the cleanliness and complete the hotel facilities.

We had a very pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fiji - Sonaisali Island. The biggest highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff — everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always trying to help with a smile. You can tell the team really cares about the guests, and that makes a huge difference. The hotel itself is quite remote and isolated, which can be either a positive or a negative depending on what you are looking for. There is no real private beach for swimming, so don’t expect a classic white-sand Fiji beach resort experience. However, the location is absolutely perfect for sunsets. The evening atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and very relaxing. The breakfast is not really at a 5-star level in terms of variety or quality, but it is still more than sufficient and you will definitely find enough options to start the day well. One thing that really feels outdated though: charging extra for Wi-Fi in the rooms in 2026 is honestly absurd. Hilton, seriously — what decade are we living in? Free room Wi-Fi should be standard at this level nowadays.

Nice hotel for a short stay, perfect for a layover as it's close to the airport. The room is decent with mini fridge, hot showers, bath amenities. The room has AC and extra blanket. Wifi is working OK. You still need to double check if the hotel have received your payment to avoid double charging.

I had booked the family apartment few weeks ago to attend my nephew’s engagement party 5 mins away at Bates cafe. Initially I loved the set up, space and first impression until night time when we returned from the party to sleep. The room that my mum was sleeping had bed bug on the duvet and we later on we could see blood stains on the bed sheet overhang. Mum had already got bitten by the bed bug and had allergic reaction for few days. Both mum and I are allergic to bed bugs and specially me. Therefore, I couldn’t risk sleeping on the bed. I had to move into the other room with another family. I was trying to reach the room service for some more bed sheets but couldn’t at that time of the night. While checking out I had speaking raised my concern and I was told by the checkout lady that they had fumigated just last week. That’s beside the point, we shouldn’t be paying to be bitten by bed bugs.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has a great location—right by the beach, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. There's also a convenient store nearby with a restaurant upstairs that serves delicious food. Our deluxe room was clean but near the main entrance so a bit noisy at times. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower took a long time to produce hot water, resulting in wasted water and often uncomfortably cold showers. The water pressure was also quite low. Additionally, there was no shelf near the sink to place toiletries like toothpaste, which made things a bit inconvenient.

I went for breakfast at 6:15 AM on the 20th, after being told it started at 6 AM. When I asked the omelet station attendant to make an omelet, she had just poured herself a cup of coffee and told me to come back later. Five minutes later, no one was there, and then she returned another five minutes after that and finally took my order. She made it, but without a smile, seeming rather annoyed. If this is the case, it would be better to just state that breakfast starts at 6 AM, but omelets aren't available until after 6:30 AM.

The hotel's free airport pick-up service was great – just remember to call ahead to book it. They had a driver waiting for us with a sign at the pick-up point, which was much appreciated! On the downside, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the hotel lobby felt a bit dim and oppressive without bright lighting. There's also some renovation going on outside, which made it a bit noisy. The hot water was inconsistent, and the kettle in our room was leaking, which was quite dangerous! However, the service staff were excellent. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket for shopping, as well as both Chinese and Western restaurants. Plus, there's an ATM nearby that accepts UnionPay cards for withdrawing Fijian dollars, which was very handy!

Check in was after 3pm, check out 10:30 , and you have to get the towel from the reception. Too many rules  plastered in the room as if you are going to rob them. A deposit of FJD50 in cash is required (no drinks in the room whatsoever, just instant coffee). I asked if I can check out before 12nn but was allowed only up to 11am. When I went back to get my luggage, the lady told me that I was supposed to have checked out already, without even asking if I already did. Only the cleaning staff were helpful. Would not recommend.

This place is incredibly close to the airport, just a few minutes' walk and really easy to find. The front desk staff and the security guard at the entrance were both great. I accidentally booked the wrong time for a day tour, and they came up to my room to call me multiple times! You can also store your luggage here. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old and the facilities are dated, but in Fiji, at this price, it's practically a steal. It's perfectly fine for a one-night layover.
