Batu Ampar Hotels with Parking

Pleasant experience staying at this hotel, its very well managed, clean, tidy, comfy and located just few minutes away by foot, to ferry terminal, minimarts and restaurants. Peaceful location, compared to crowded and noisy Batam center. Will certainly return! Value for money, highly recommended!

Service was good, staff were attentive. However upkeep of room windows can be better, it was moulding slightly. Also, got assigned to a smoking floor though I requested for a non smoking room… and was unable to change rooms. But they offered dehumidification service.

Clean room n toilet , reliable front desk service and nice view of Pacific Hotel n New Park. Better can provide in house breakfast corner.

Have stayed here previously. Check in was smooth. The reception is courteous. Rooms are reasonably sized. My previous and current stays had experienced bedsheets and towels having stains. Certain lights not working. Upon reports on the same, housekeeping came, took pictures but nothing was done. The rooftop bar was worse than I had experienced. Food was tasteless and cocktails were way too sweet. Complaining didn't seem to be heard by the manager. Needs improvement.

Hotel staff very friendly location is good near 24hrs convince shop Easy to fine food place not to busy with vehicles

Hotel is convenient and near foodcourt and nagoya shopping mall

Once I check in during the night very disappointing seeing there is stains in the bed sheet but they manage to change the bedsheet for us at night.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at CJ Homestay. The place was clean, cozy, and suitable for a relaxing short getaway. The rooms were well-maintained, and the environment felt peaceful and homely. The owner and staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay, making the check-in process smooth and convenient. I also liked the location as it was accessible to nearby shops and eateries. The facilities provided were simple but adequate, especially for travelers looking for affordable accommodation with good comfort. WiFi and air conditioning worked well, which made the stay even better. Overall, CJ HOMESTAY REMBAU offers good value for money and a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to friends and family looking for a clean and budget-friendly homestay.

The villa was huge, rooms are spacious and suitable for big group gatherings. The downside is there are quite a number of mosquitos which we dare not go to the pool. So my kids are very disappointed and sad. It is conveniently located near a few shopping malls and eateries, about 10-20 mins away by Grab.
