AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!

EE3TRIPThis location and the food is this hotel is very amazing experience. I'll be recommended this hotel for everyone who will travel to the Bogor that love to walking around Kebon Raya. You can walk from the station and going to Kebon Raya. The rooftop is amazing place to take some pictures from the Salak Mountain.
I love the breakfast ,the taste of the food is really delicious.

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoFave is a solid choice for budget travelers. The hotel in Padjajaran, Bandung is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian dishes, with a few Western options.
The location is great—Botani Mall is just around the corner.
A couple of things to note: there’s no fridge in the room, and the shower area isn’t separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. It’s manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup.

- Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets.
- Daily water bottles.
- Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret).
- Quiet.
- Comfortable mattress.
Could be better:
- The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud.
- The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel.
Bad:
- Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did.
- It takes ages to get hot water for a shower.
- Water pressure is highly irregular.

GGuest UserOn the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was.
When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance.
Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly.

PPatriciaHeritage hotel, in good condition despite the building age. We stay in 6th floor, the elevator only reaches 5th floor so we still need to take stairs. Standart room in 6th floor is quite large, we put our twin bed together for the three of us and still feel spacious.
The hotel has special low-calorie dishes, dendeng and satay, which I think were made for vegan.
They have delicious doughnuts, must try for desert.
There's a wet wet party for kids in the pool everymorning. I tried their billiard and old piano, which was a nice experience.

DdilaThe lighting in the room was quite dim, and there was no hairdryer provided. What's more, there was no doorbell, which is surprising for a 4-star hotel. This made it impossible to hear when someone was knocking at the door.

WWolf98I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, close to shops and transport, which made traveling very Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
