The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beachfront with private sun loungers. The staff are welcoming, and there's a tap outside each villa to rinse off sand after the beach. We were greeted wonderfully and checked in immediately as our room was ready. They promptly brought welcome drinks and cold towels. Regarding the downsides: there are no disposable toothbrushes or body lotion. The water isn't in disposable bottles but in a carafe that you have to refill yourself in the lobby. The room is very dark with insufficient lighting. The windows aren't airtight, leading to high street noise, especially when the call to prayer starts at night. The refrigerator is also very noisy. The air conditioner is positioned to blow directly onto the bed, so we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. The AC is also loud. There were strange worm-like caterpillars crawling in the bathroom and room. There are no power outlets near the beds. Breakfast is à la carte, with an additional buffet offering vegetables, fruits, cheese, cold cuts, and pastries. The breakfast food isn't very good; poached eggs were overcooked. A plus is that you can order several dishes from the menu. The latte coffee was very bitter, and I had to add milk myself. I believe the price for this hotel is too high. The only plus is the location – it's conveniently situated a 10-minute walk from the port and has a beach spot where you can see turtles.

Excellent location. It's a one-minute walk to the sea, and you get gorgeous sunsets right on your doorstep. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is large and comfortable with a stylish interior. There are only 20 rooms, making it a small and cozy place. Like most hotels in Indonesia, there's an issue with room cleaning; you often have to remind them to change the linen, and the towels can be stained. Another downside is the window screen in the bathroom—it makes it very hot during the day, lets insects in, and loud music from Rabbita often blasts through. Overall, it's a good, comfortable hotel. We stayed for 6 nights.

I really liked the hotel! It's located on the beachfront, which is very convenient. There's a restaurant on the beach, a movie theater, and movies and cartoons shown every evening. You get separate towels for the beach or pool. The hotel buildings are large, two-story, with a long pool between them. The rooms have a mini balcony and a window, which brings in plenty of light. There are blackout curtains. The room is spacious and has everything you need: a large bed, a comfortable mattress, large blankets, and pillows. There's a kettle, tea, and coffee. The shower and toilet are modern, and everything is clean. They clean every code day, which is good. 👍 The air conditioning is clean, fully charged, odorless, and works perfectly! There's one caveat: the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room on the second floor for two days, but it started working on the third day. Breakfast in the morning is served in the restaurant overlooking the sea. The buffet offers a wide variety of food! It's delicious! The staff is very polite, professional, and friendly! I'm happy with my stay! 👍

A good hotel within walking distance from the port (5 minutes walk). The house lacks daylight. If possible, it is better to book without breakfast. The location is convenient, the beach and cafes are within walking distance.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the port. It's on a very lively street, with lots of tourists, shops, cafes, and even horses – always bustling with activity. The breakfasts are fantastic – a lavish buffet plus you can order additional dishes to be prepared. Truly among the best! The rooms are incredibly clean and beautiful. The hotel's design gets an A+! 🤓

I stayed in a female dorm with 3 beds and was very happy with my stay! The location is great and very close to the harbor. The room was very clean upon my arrival, and having a locker/wardrobe right by the bed made me feel very secure when storing my belongings. The bed squeaked a bit, but it didn't bother me much. The bathroom was also very clean, which isn't always a given in dorms/hostels. A towel is provided, but you need to bring your own hand soap/shower gel/toothbrush/toothpaste. It's a very quiet area around the hotel, and there's a fantastic local eatery (Warung) practically next door. I would recommend it to any solo female traveler.

The hotel is located next to the road, not by the sea. There's a motorbike rental shop outside where you can rent motorbikes. Lombok is a large island with hilly roads, so walking can get very hot; motorbikes are very convenient. There are various beaches nearby, making it very convenient.

The hotel was excellent...rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious and accommodating for our group of 8. The pool area was great with sun lounges. Location is very central to the port, local restaurants and hiring/booking options. We didn't eat at the restaurant but drinks service was great. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay! Staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful, location was brilliant close to great food and the harbour, only a short stroll on the main road, so no need to hire a horse and cart, unless you have a lot of language. Pool was lovely very refreshing, loved having access to it at my front door! I would honestly come back, really loved being able to rent an electric scooter from the lobby, no hassles at all just pay and go. Was my first time on a scooter, staff were very helpful and non judgemental when I crashed into the bush my first go lol. They were correct you will become a pro in no time. Outdoor bathroom is slightly older, a bit of wear and tear, but didn’t bother me, as everything worked fine, the walls could use a bit of a clean to get 5/5 for cleanliness, however the toilet, shower, sink and room itself were very clean, including the bedding and towels. Guests also have access to the lagoon beach club, hosts breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as movies playing by the pool on a projector everynight. It’s such a vibe :)
