EEzzadventurerThis hostel exceeded expectations, for me.
The rooms had comfy beds, large lockers and air-con. The free breakfast was delicious and home made and they even do family dinner each night which is great value and a fun way to meet people. The bathrooms were basic but functional and clean and I didn't have to wait for a shower.
The pub downstairs was lively and good value.
I would suggest bringing ear plugs though as the live music goes on quite late some nights so if you want to sleep you'll need them.

GGuest UserWe were given a beautiful room over looking the Circle of Life garden and the sea further on. See photo. Noise from jacuzzi below was bothersome in the morning and I had requested a quiet room, which it was apart from the engines bubbling below. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow for breakfast. Breakfast offering was good; not much pastry wise, but lots of fruits, gorgeous cheese, avocados even, good quality Oj. But the Coffee was sludge and undrinkable. Though the View over Galway bay is beyond compare. Room was comfortable though dated but very clean except at one point in the shower I looked down to see a chunk of long black hair stuck to my foot… 2000% not mine. That was pretty gross. It must have been sitting in the drain as I’d have noticed before getting in. Cockroaches in the shower are a more welcome site than that. Bathroom is modern and shower had good power. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, sauna is great. Pool not too clean/ Two discarded plasters on the side. Location is unbeatable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very cozy, with excellent service and good facilities. Breakfast is 15 euros per person, not very extensive, but still acceptable. There is a bar in the lobby. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Galway next time.

GGuest UserThis is an older hotel that opened quite a while ago, located at the entrance to Galway, which is a great spot. There's public transportation nearby, making it easy to get to the high street. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast and tastes authentic. The staff are friendly and helpful, able to answer all our questions. The price is also fair and reasonable. I'd recommend it for a short trip.

HH-ZiWeiThe hotel boasts an excellent location, situated at one end of the main street with the riverfront right on the other side. El Square is also just a pleasant walk away at the opposite end of the main street. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning wasn't cooling very effectively, but fortunately, the weather wasn't hot, so it wasn't a problem.

TTuziwang68The hotel has three floors and no elevator, but it is very warm. The hotel owner is a twin brother, tall and tall, but very elegant. The hotel should include breakfast, but the description is to charge, so that everyone did not go to breakfast, I hope to inform you clearly in the future.

KKevinChecked in to the hotel on 1st day of 2020, staffs were nice and friendly, however there are still some pros and cons for this hotel. The hotel was quite far from the city Centre it takes approximately 20 Minutes of walk, for those who doesnt want to walk may take a bus which will take u around 5 minutes for 2 euros. However, amenities are good it does provides what a hotel is supposed to give, room was big and comfy the bed and pillow makes me don’t wanna get off the bed. Staffs were very helpful I asked the receptionist to print some document for me and he printed it out for me in Juz a few seconds. Overall it’s a good hotel for couples or people who have car or doesn’t mind walking to the city Centre for 20 minutes, which I am

LLucasDucasLocation was great - you can get the bus outside into town takes 5 minutes to get to the square and walk into where the bars restaurants and shops are.
The brasserie on the corner is fantastic food and service and a general spot if you’re a foodie!
Quays bar is a must! Live music and atmosphere it brilliant there :)
Hotel is great, clean, efficient and nice views they also have lots of leaflets and a pool table in reception along side a coffee machine and vending machine.
There is a petrol station next door for any other amenities needed.
All rooms were clean and had their own bathroom and kitchenette.
Recommended if you come Galway to hire a car you want to drive out alongside the coast and country side - ferry tour of the Aran islands is beautiful and the drive there was out of this world!
Everyone is so helpful and friendly to approach and talk too. Loved it 🇮🇪❤️

XXilianmaojin2008It takes about ten minutes to walk from Galway Railway Station. It is not in the center and the location is a bit remote. But the room is big enough and the bed is very big. However, it is not cleaned every day and you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, which is not very convenient. Convenient, overall satisfied!
