ККиранStayed in full delight from the hotel! Staff very friendly and attentive, met and accompanied simply perfectly, helped in all matters . Very enjoyed the delicious kitchen, live music and stunningly beautiful waterfall on the territory. It was pleasant to surprise that when they left, they gave food and water to the road.

Best of all was the Hotel Food .The Executive Chef and his team did a great job on preparing delicious and sumptuous breakfast . All the staffs there were very friendly and very helpful . YYeungVery good service, the food at the restaurant is specially good including the buffet and a la carte. The only problem is the housekeeping, which they moved my luggage to a place which is impossible to open it and I need to move my luggage back to the original place, placing the floor towel on my bed, and the worst is they moved my important document from the table top into a drawer which luckily I discovered before I leave the hotel. Other than the housekeeping, I am happy with my stay.

GGuest UserIt’s a great property being so huge surrounded in a dense forest area, the rooms, service everything is amazing and the best part is even the food served. Being such a big resort, the service is top notch as whatever you ask for is serviced at lightning speed. The approach road was narrow but is properly maintained. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers

Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT.
Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10.
We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb.
Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us.
Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good.
Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.
