MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

LLoegIt is a short walk from the station. The staff are helpful and friendly. I was able to exchange it very much. The room was beautiful with a calm color with a queen bed. There is plenty of space for two people to spread their carry bags. There is no shampoo or conditioner, so you need to bring it with you. The dryer has a strange shape and the air volume is ? It doesn't dry easily. It gets hot enough to hold the handle, so it is recommended to wrap a towel and use it. The shower is a little small so it's hard to move, but it's clean. Breakfast is lined with standard items such as bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs and croissants. All were delicious and I ate full. Overall, I was satisfied and I thought it was good to stay here.

GGuest UserHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

GGuest UserFantastic check-in, friendly staff, cleanliness and perfect location, allowing you to walk to the points of interest in Turin.
Easy connection to the airport by bus and train (Porta Susa). Supermarket 50 metres away.
Breakfast is a spectacle, especially for cheese lovers. It's worth it: with sweet, savoury, cold and hot options and typical local products from Piedmont.
The only drawback is the lack of insulation in the room. If you have a neighbour who is not very polite, it can ruin your rest.

TTakoltermanAlthough this seems a little out of the way, it’s actually a quick 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. There is not a whole lot around so taking the train into the CBD is kind of necessary but worth it I think. These were single beds which was a pleasant surprise; although still very squeaky. There was an included breakfast in the morning consisting of cereal, croissants, rolls, and juices.

AAngelinaI loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
