MadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost âŹ3, whereas it did âŹ2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

This hotel combines the advantages of family hotels and hotel services. The front desk is very welcoming, English is very good, the environment is very quiet, very close to the railway station and subway, and convenient transportation.
The kitchenette is great

Very nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location.
Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful.
Despite the âŹ25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates.
Personally, I won't be going back.

El YStayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

zhshannWe stayed in here for a night. Everything was good except the room was too cold, it seems like the heating system worked not so well. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was great. Location also a bit far from the city center but no problem if you have a car.

Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware â thereâs a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend đđ»

Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if youâre relying on public transport. If you have your own car then itâs probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didnât notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement
Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishesâparticularly the flooringâcould use a refresh to better reflect the hotelâs 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
