GGuest UserStopped for a night here during our roadtrip and we wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is a traditional ryokan and the lobby is nicely decorated with some really old furniture.
Breakfast is delicious with local fish and ingredients, I wish we had order dinner the night before.

GGuest UserExcellent! I never imagined I could stay in such a great hotel for this price. Out of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip from Osaka to Hiroshima, the two most satisfying were VIA INN Hiroshima and Vessel Fukuyama.
Facilities: Clean, tidy, and spacious. You can even see Fukuyama Castle directly from the window – a proper room with a view, indeed!
Hygiene: Very good, very clean.
Service: The front desk staff were warm and very helpful with luggage storage. Plus, there are free soft drinks available until 11 PM that you can take back to your room. Alcoholic beverages are available until 5 PM.
It's no exaggeration to say that if I visit Fukuyama again, this will be my only choice. It's fantastic, and my family also raved about it.

食事はついていませんでしたが、元日でも対応されている近くのカフェを予約してくださり、イタリアンのコースをいただくことができました。
古民家をリノベーションした宿泊場所は、ワンフロアを広く贅沢に使うことができて、とても居心地がよかったです。
時間があるときに、町全体の雰囲気をゆっくり味わいに、また来たいなと思いました。

KKimy NIt wasn't a big facility, but it was a very good inn with a view of the sea in front of me. The food was delicious and I was able to relax by serving it in a private room. The hot spring was warm for a while, probably because of the quality of the hot spring that warms my body. The view from the open-air bath is the best. I would like to use it again if I have a good location to stroll around the city. The staff 々 was also nice.
The structure in the inn was a bit complicated and I was lost to return to the room several times 😂

SShunzi555You can see it on the platform of Fukuyama Station. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk. You can see it when you exit in the opposite direction of Fukuyama City and turn right and walk. Mainly like the breakfast in Toyoko, simple, but very appetizing, like to eat rice and sausage pickles fried fish and the like. A well-regulated business hotel, you can check in on the machine, there is Chinese to choose from. I think if it is not for the resort hotel, Toyoko is definitely a good choice, affordable and breakfast. The room is not big, but the twin room is OK.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was delicious. When I stay at a business hotel, I prioritize a hotel with a large public bath and sauna.
At Candeo Fukuyama, the sauna was good, but the water temperature in the cold bath was high, estimated at 25 degrees Celsius, and it was disappointing as it wasn't very refreshing. I wish it was at least kept below 20 degrees Celsius. I hope they improve this.
