Guest UserAn incredibly beautiful place! Honestly, I really didn't want to leave. I'd recommend staying in this cozy hotel for a couple of days to relax before your trip, because you won't want to leave your room! The room was very clean and quiet. I liked getting notifications about the house rules, and I was really touched by the thoughtfulness towards guests, as the owner provided earplugs.
I wish you all the best and continued prosperity!

loydVery close to the airport, and the Lawson convenience store downstairs is a big plus. The parking lot is huge, and parking is free. There's a large public bath on the first floor, and they even have a good selection of free manga to read. It's a shame they don't offer an airport shuttle service, though.

SAHARA_HANThe front desk staff's service was truly exceptional. They kindly reminded us about the welcome drink during check-in, and when we departed, they even walked us out to the airport shuttle and waved goodbye. Overall, their service was excellent.
However, we stayed in a twin room with a bathroom in the older building. The cleanliness was a bit lacking, but we accepted it since we were only staying for a layover before a connecting flight. What was truly unbearable was that the air conditioner blew directly onto the head of the bed. I'm quite baffled by this design. To make matters worse, a notice on the AC control panel indicated that it couldn't be adjusted above 26 degrees Celsius or have its fan direction changed, as doing so would trigger the smoke detector. This meant we either suffered through the night with unbearable heat if we turned off the AC, or endured a headache from the direct draft if we left it on. I definitely won't be booking this room type again, and I wanted to share this for others' consideration.

It was a 25-minute drive from the airport, and I only realized after arriving that it didn't have a hot spring. I purely didn't read the description carefully; when I booked, I saw the Japanese-style photos and assumed it would. The facilities are very basic. What I regret even more is that I added breakfast when checking in and was asked to pay immediately. I've never seen such a perfunctory meal; not only was the food simple, but it was also incredibly stale. Even the most basic rice seemed leftover from the day before, and the rice cooker was dirty. Their business practices felt very 'mainland Chinese' – they asked guests to post positive reviews online in exchange for a doll. In the end, even my child said it wasn't worth giving a good review and willingly gave up the doll.
I'd recommend this place to travelers looking for accommodation within a 30-minute drive, but if you want to relax and properly enjoy the first or last day of your trip, you should probably skip this one.

Cool hotel with Dinosaur animatronics for receptionists. They had a lot of free amenities such as toothbrush, razors, and pyjamas and towels in the room. I got the 3-bed room even though I was alone because it was the cheapest. Super close to the station that gets you to the airport in 5 minutes, so well located if you’re just looking for a cheap hotelfor a layover or for a short stay. There was a shopping mall nearby with lots of restaurants and bars and a Ferris wheel. They have an Onsen but I couldn’t use it as they strictly ban the use for anyone with tattoos, which I thought was very outdated since lots of other places are now switching to allow tattoos. The breakfast offered western options such as baked goods and scrambled eggs and sausages, which was nice. It also had a really great view of the ocean from there. I would recommend this place just for the breakfast. Overall, pretty decent hotel, the only disappointing part is the tattoo policy for the Onsen. You can also get reasonably priced drinks in the Louge area near the spa (open to everyone, even with tattoos).

It was okay, but there were bikers revving their engines late at night, so I didn't get much sleep. The service staff were all very polite. They offer airport pick-up for late flights. The pick-up spot was a bit confusing; there were 12 numbered signs, and the driver probably parked wherever there was space. However, the car had the hotel's name on it, so no worries about not finding it. It's best to call ahead; I did, and they arrived a few minutes early to Terminal 1. If I hadn't called, I probably would have waited at Terminal 2 until the scheduled time before they came to Terminal 1.

It was close to Rinku Town Station and it was convenient because I had a morning flight.
It felt like I was at my grandma's house, which was a nostalgic feeling.
Some parts are a little old, but it was clean and there were no problems with the stay.
This time, the room was on the second floor, but the stairs were narrow and it was a bit difficult to get my large suitcase up and down. I'll add this to my requests next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from Rinku Premium Outlets. The room was spacious and quiet, though a bit cold. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

May_5_dragonThis is more of a traditional Japanese guesthouse (minshuku-style Airbnb) rather than a hotel.
I was lucky enough to have the entire place to myself, which made my stay even more comfortable. The building itself has a lot of character and you can feel its age, but it was very well cleaned and maintained.
There is a newly renovated shower booth on the 2nd floor, so I would especially recommend staying on the 2nd floor if you are a female traveler.
The moment I entered, I felt like I was stepping into a Japanese grandmother’s house that I had never actually visited. The atmosphere and the nostalgic scent throughout the house gave me a very unique feeling of old Japan.
If you are looking for a modern hotel experience, this may not be the place, but if you want to experience the warmth and charm of an old Japanese home, this is a lovely choice.

Between 5 and 10 mins walk from the nearest subway depending on how fast you go. About 2km from the nearest airport express subway so need to change trains if using the nearest stop (normally the local train is waiting when the express arrives). With the train change it takes about 15 mins to get to the airport. Several large supermarkets within 5 mins walk, some beaches about a mile away, nothing else in the local area. Was able to check in early despite hotel being full. Rooms are small but functional. A bit out of date with old furniture and a small bathroom but everything working, plenty of power outlets, air-conditioning, tea and coffee, TV, reasonable lighting, toiletries provided, torch etc. Quiet most of the day and night, only a little bit of noise around breakfast time. Free drinks machine in the lobby as well as vending and a reasonable looking restaurant (didn't use it). Parking for locals outside. Was able to store luggage after checkout and pick it up again at 6pm. For AM departures to the airport a free shuttle bus is available. Easy location to find as it's the only tall hotel in the area and subway is usable as the line maps on the walls include English translations and you can pick the correct fare from the machines at the unmanned station by the zone price or by selecting airport. Express train is just under 40 minutes to Namba in the city - no idea how long the local train takes but worth changing at the first express station. A reasonable base of operations, not a destination or location in itself.
