"I booked a triple room with friends, and when we entered, we found bloodstains on one of the bedsheets. We asked for it to be changed, but the hotel initially said they had no spare sheets and no housekeeping staff to change it. Then they changed their story, saying they found a clean sheet and we'd have to change it ourselves. Since it was getting late, we agreed. However, the sheet they brought was the wrong size. They then offered to move us to another room. The lady helping us said there were no rooms available that night and went to check for two double rooms. As soon as she turned around, the front desk called to say there were two standard rooms available. We hadn't even reached the elevator with our luggage when they called us back to the same floor, saying a triple room was now available. We went in, and again, one of the bedsheets was dirty. When we asked how to resolve it, they said we'd have to change rooms *again*. By this point, it was past 11 PM. After a lot of back and forth, the issue was finally resolved. After we closed the door and started washing up, we noticed the sink's hygiene was also appalling. There was a spot, caused by who-knows-what, that wouldn't wash off with water; it looked like something had been stuck there and dried for a very long time. If the hotel were to check now, it's likely still there. The hotel's other aspects were quite good, but the cleanliness was really terrible."
"The room isn't small for a standard hotel, big enough to open two medium-sized suitcases. The double bed is quite large. Although it's not far from the airport, it's very quiet and has a great view; on a clear day, you can see the 'jelly sea.' On the third floor, the large public bath has a carbonated bath, and after soaking, your arms are covered in tiny bubbles, which is fun. Check-in and check-out are entirely self-service via machines, which is very convenient. The free airport shuttle only runs until 11 AM daily and requires scanning a QR code to book, with limited slots. We were lucky to snag the last two spots for our desired time slot."
"I was lucky to book this hotel some 6 months ago and the price was super great value! Everything was good and nice. The surroundings have many places to be explored like the Rinku Town Outlet, 24H Trial Superstore, etc. There was one 24H restaurant named Joyfull which you can dine there whenever you are hungry! The hotel provided 2 pillows In different heights so you can pick what suits your neck and shoulder."
"The hotel is located very close to the train station — just a short walk to the right after you exit. There’s even a 7-Eleven right next door, which makes it super convenient. It’s perfect for those who have an early morning flight, as Kansai Airport is only a few stations away.
The staff were incredibly friendly and available 24 hours a day. The room itself was impressive — though not large, it had everything you could possibly need. There were indoor slippers, a comfortable large bed, drinkable tap water, and plenty of power outlets all around the room. I especially loved that I could work, charge my phone, and power my devices all at once.
They even provided charging cables for both computers and phones — such a thoughtful touch! Pajamas were also included (a top and bottom set), which was super convenient because you can wear them to the 7-Eleven downstairs without any problem.
The hotel also offers shared facilities like washing machines, microwaves, and personal care items that you can pick up anytime. There’s even a public bath (onsen) open during specific hours.
Overall, I really loved my stay here. It’s clean, cozy, and convenient — I would definitely come back again!
ชอบมากค่ะ คนไทยท่านไหน มีไฟล์เช้า เราแนะนำเลย ที่นี่ไม่ผิดหวัง"
"The location is quite close to Izumisano, which is very close to the airport. It is convenient for catching a flight from KIX. Otherwise it is basically the same as other Japanese budget hotels, which is a small room but at a relatively affordable price, with minimal facilities. Overall I am satisfied."
"I chose this hotel for both my arrival and departure. The breakfast view was amazing! While the food selection wasn't huge, the taste was quite good. It's right next to an outlet mall and a 24-hour duty-free shop. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time."
"Since my flight landed at Kansai Airport around 10 PM, I cleverly booked a room at the Star Gate Hotel in Rinku Town this time. Location-wise, it's perfect; it's the building right outside Exit 1, turn right. There's a Lawson convenience store right at the entrance. A special note: the front desk is on the first floor, so you'll need to go downstairs to find it.
I didn't book breakfast; it's 500 yen, which is a great value. For breakfast, there's a Joyfull Coffee nearby, which is quite convenient, or you can grab something from the Lawson downstairs.
The hotel rooms are quite old-fashioned, probably 90s style. There's a free shuttle bus to Kansai Airport, but you need to book it at the front desk.
Every room has an ocean view with great scenery, but I stayed on the 50th floor this time, and it was very noisy early in the morning. It might have been airplane or JR train noise."
"Facilities: Average, just barely adequate.
Hygiene: Not bad, Japan is generally good in this regard.
Environment: Honestly speechless. This capsule hotel shares a name with another, and I walked my legs off trying to find it!
Service: Alright, but no Chinese-speaking staff.
Couldn't be helped during the National Day holiday, it was barely acceptable. The good thing is that it's conveniently located inside the airport."
"I had a truly pleasant stay at Aston Hotel. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly drivers and the shuttle bus service. This was our first encounter with the hotel's hospitality, and it left an outstanding impression. It's incredibly convenient, particularly for those arriving on a late - night flight.
The check - in staff were also top - notch. They greeted us with warmth and handled the check - in procedures meticulously, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door.
And let's not forget the breakfast. It's a buffet, and the food is absolutely oishi. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel."
"I didn't book breakfast, but I made an appointment for a breakfast when I checked in. It was a set meal, which was very good. The picture was taken by the window while eating breakfast. It was really great. There was Chinese service. There was also a single-family house and a small courtyard. It was so good... The distance was not a problem. I could walk over and have a look. I highly recommend it."

Great
GGuest UserThe room is Japanese style, and I didn't feel uncomfortable sleeping on the tatami.
The experience of Japanese B&B is really good, and the kitchen is also very large (it feels like a Japanese drama.
It is very close to Kansai Airport, and it is also very convenient to go to the airport the next day.
There is also a large supermarket nearby. I bought beef and fried it in the kitchen myself. It was great!
It is the type of place I would like to stay again if I have the chance.
JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
GGuest UserThe service attitude of the room was very good. After we lost our things, they found them and kept them for us immediately. Thank you very much. I will still come here if I stay in a hotel at Kansai Airport next time~(^^)
祥祥祥Just booked a 4-person room * 2 rooms, just the whole area is independent, Izumi Sano walks for about 5 minutes, there is a supermarket next to it is very convenient, suitable for the next morning flight, the fly in the ointment is that the platform does not forward the host's upload passport information (should be to prevent crime), As a result, I almost couldn't check in smoothly. There is a QR code of LINE at the door of the good insurance accommodation. You can immediately contact the host and reply to the supplementary information immediately to give the check-in method. As a result, I didn't enter the street, I was at home, and if I hadn't received the information of the host's mailbox before check-in. Be sure to confirm with the platform or scan the QR code on the spot early to scan the information of the accommodation, otherwise unless you will make a Japanese call, the host itself is also Chinese, and it is very comfortable to spend one night because of the smooth stay in the end, so give 95 points. Thank you
AAbdulmutalib ChemehLocation very near to izumisano station.Walk around 300m.Very clean. We can keep baggage before check in.Easy to access Rinkyu premium Outlets.Recommended to traveller those have earlier flights.1st train from Izumisano station is 5.20am.
GGuest UserThe next day I stayed, I enjoyed the beautiful hot spring again, strolling around Inming Mountain, it was really beautiful and beautiful, and it was not too difficult to take a trail. Everyone walked to the temple and stopped. I continued to walk for an hour. There was almost no one along the way, but it was so comfortable. Fenghong was beautiful enough. Today's dinner at the restaurant is even better, puffer dolphin, beef. crab. It's a pity that I can't get used to his taste soup. Everything is fine.
GGuest UserAlthough it takes a short walk from the station to the accommodation, the room is very clean and the environment is very good. One of the 5-person rooms is Japanese-style, which is quite comfortable and has enough space. It is really helpful to inform the room and password in advance. Great ✌🏼
The washing machine, washing powder and supplies are well prepared, but the sound insulation is relatively poor, and there is an elephant upstairs🤣🤣🤣
There is a Marugame noodle shop nearby that is super delicious. I highly recommend it.
The overall feel is comfortable.
GGuest UserAn ordinary private house is arranged. It was very clean and nice. The entrance was difficult to understand, but I checked it online so I arrived.
I called the owner, but Japanese is caterpillar. But he kindly taught me color 々. Thank you very much. If you check in late, you should contact us once. I have a number for entering the room, so I will tell you by phone. There is a toothbrush and face towel. The car is just a short distance from a regular passenger car with less than 4m.
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and spacious. It's conveniently located very close to the subway station, and the host was also very kind. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
AAnonymous UserIt was close to Rinku Town Station and it was convenient because I had a morning flight.
It felt like I was at my grandma's house, which was a nostalgic feeling.
Some parts are a little old, but it was clean and there were no problems with the stay.
This time, the room was on the second floor, but the stairs were narrow and it was a bit difficult to get my large suitcase up and down. I'll add this to my requests next time.
