LLoris LombardiWe had a fantastic family trip staying at the Kamogawa Grand Tower! Our condominium-style room was incredibly spacious, making it very comfortable for our family with a young child. The awesome counter kitchen was a real highlight – fully equipped and perfect for preparing snacks or light meals, which is so convenient.
The panoramic view from our room was beautiful, and even the private bath in our room was impressively large. We also loved the free access to the onsen at the neighboring Grand Hotel; the short walk over there, especially in the evening, was quite pleasant. Plus, having a supermarket conveniently close by was a big advantage.
A minor point was the breakfast offering: our booking information had indicated a buffet, but we were actually served a traditional Japanese-style (washoku) set meal. While this was a little disappointing as we were looking forward to a buffet, the washoku breakfast itself was nonetheless very delicious and high quality!
Overall, this hotel is perfect for families with little kids, offering comfort, space, and great amenities. Highly recommend!

RRyanne LaiSuper convenient that connected with the sea world with unlimited entry throughout the stay - which will allow you to change after killer whale's splash. It has enough entertainment to keep my young boys busy for a night's stay. The facilities and room are really old and dusty (futton/comforter for sensitive noses), but the sea view in the room is spectacular! No regret.

GGuest UserI booked a room with a mountain view, so the view wasn't great, but the hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and I was very impressed! The open-air bath was also good. However, I don't think it was a hot spring. It would have been better if it was a hot spring, but maybe that's just the nature of the location. There was also karaoke, so I used it.
It was a lot of fun. The view of the ocean from the terrace was amazing.

CC.Siu到步酒店時接待處空無一人，只有一大堆的貨物在大堂，等了數分鐘後終於有職員來幫忙。因比入住時間提早到了酒店，原本只可以寄存行李，但剛好職員說有房間提早打掃完畢所以可以安排提早入住~ 實在是大感激！
另外，原本訂了有獨立浴室的房間，但上到房間發現了是需要使用公共浴室，所以向trip.com客服查詢了，結果得到的答案是需要自己向酒店查詢😀 幸好與酒店前台談論一番之後他們願意給我轉房。不過上到房間把被鋪弄好後發現被上有蟲子在爬行，過了2分鐘在窗簾旁邊也發現了一隻會飛的蟲，看來在郊區是少不免會有昆蟲？ 下次再到訪鴨川應該不會考慮此酒店了，尤其帶上行李箱的旅客請注意一下鐵路到酒店的路比較凹凸不平，有點難行。
