JJUMPOI昔ながらの趣を大切にした和風旅館で、夕餉のひとときはまさに至福でした。
まず心を奪われたのは、生麩の霰揚げ。さくさくと軽やかな衣の中から、もっちりとした旨みが広がり、最初の一口から幸せに包まれました。卓上では鱧鍋が静かに火にかけられ、出汁の香りが少しずつ立ちのぼり、待つ時間さえも楽しみに変えてくれます。ふんわりとした鱧の身を頬張れば、夏の涼やかさが口いっぱいに広がり、心までほどけていくようでした。
イベリコ豚の陶板焼は香ばしく、噛むほどにじゅわりと甘みがあふれ、冷やし茶碗蒸しは舌にすっと溶けるような優しさ。彩り豊かなお造りは、まるで器の上の小さな絵画のように美しく、味わうごとに海の恵みを感じました。
そして締めの栗炊き込みご飯。ふんわりと立ちのぼる香りに、秋の気配を先取りするような温もりがあり、食後の余韻まで優しく満たしてくれました。
星空を眺めながら浸かる屋上露天風呂も格別で、料理と温泉、両方に心をほどかれる贅沢な夜となりました。

The facilities and services are good.
The hotel room is overall clean and has been renovated.
But don’t lose it. You can come again.
The location basically requires driving.

HHAIHONGThe hotel is right next to the hot spring street, which is convenient for travel. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and quiet at night. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and taste good. It is a typical Japanese hotel.
