Matsutake takes about 40 minutes from Sendai Station to Songdo Coast Station by Senshi Line. There is a taxi at this station. It takes about 15 minutes to get to 2250 yen by taxi. This onsen hotel charges 80,000 yen per night, offering excellent facilities but minimal service. The dinner is a course-grade meal served in an all-you-can-eat style. While some may appreciate this setup, it’s not my preference. However, as a drinker, you’ll find a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to choose from.

Dinner and breakfast were included and was very good. Quiet location near Matsushimakaigen Station.

I was able to spend a very comfortable day. The purpose was to watch professional baseball in Sendai, but since I came to Sendai by car, it was relatively close to the stadium, so I couldn't stop at all. Close to tourist spots, hot springs and breakfast were also a great inn over the price.

Nice traditional Japanese hotel. The room was conveniently located on the first floor. The only things to keep in mind there as a foreigner (very broken English at best). Using a translation device or app in your phone is essential for communication. The room we stayed did not have a private shower. If a shower is needed it will be in a communal shower area. The room does have a toilet and sink though.
