GGuest UserThe service is very good. There is a shuttle bus to the station to help with luggage. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Breakfast is buffet. The scenery is also beautiful. The private soup can watch the sunrise. It feels great. There is also a private fishing strip that provides fish gear. The fly in the ointment room has the noise of the machine. I feel that it should be the air conditioner because it is. Single-family villa, so the sound is a bit unavoidable. There is a wave dike, and the sound of the sea can hardly be heard. The noise can't be covered. Finally, I still want to complain. The first time I met someone who urinated in a public bath in my life, it really affected the experience. Go back to my room and watch the sunrise. It’s nothing to do with the hotel itself. The hotel is still worth staying for two days to experience.

MMotorJohnnyThe room has a beautiful environment and the location is convenient. Shumoto Onsen is the first choice. However, the transportation fee on Awaji Island is very expensive. A self-driving trip is almost a thousand Hong Kong dollars in transportation bridge fees. You can consider other places, but it is based on the hotel. It is really worth it very good

GGuest UserThe service is very considerate, the Japanese-style dinner is exquisite and the portions are generous. The hot spring area is also very spacious and can accommodate more than 20 people at the same time. The breakfast is a buffet with many choices, and the souvenir shop sells delicious food.

TTan PhilipLike the unique concept as a hotel. Enjoyed it very much. Especially the hairdryer. I must say every bit is very well thought out for creature comforts.
The room is very spacious by Japanese standard. The room is equipped with a onsen/jacuzzi and provided with different salts. There is a self-help beverage bar with free beer and liquor.
Enjoyed my stay and would recommend anybody to experience this resort-like hotel

Ttomo59It was a trip including grandparents on a family trip, so I had a very good memory.
I had a wheelchair user and my grandson, １, but there was a slope on the steps of the entrance stairs and a child chair in the dining room, so I am very grateful for the service. .
It was a pity that there was no closet to hang a jacket 〜
All the children were so comfortable that they wanted to live here. Thank you 😊

GGuest UserNice hotel nice location spoiled by **** lady staff. Maybe she really hate Asian. Everything is No! I asked how much the buffet as I was hungry upon checked in and saw they have food behind the counter. When I was going to find a seat outdoor with sea view, I was chased away by her without even given a menu or a chance to sit down. So rude!! I’m not there for free food or free seat!! I’m paying ok. The room at 2nd floor is blocked by the roof of the restaurant, waste my money for this stay.

JJennyI only knew that there were new and old museums. I stayed in the old one! The lobby is really nostalgic! The elevator can't go directly to the floor. It's very strange. You must go to half a flight of stairs or half a floor. You have traveled more than 100 times. The first time you have passed this situation.
The elevator only goes to 1.5 floor, 2.5 floor. I stay on the 3rd floor.
In fact, there is no big problem. Sea view room until sunset.
The new hall is a lot of new net senior, but unfortunately I didn't pay attention when I booked the room.
