Angeles Hotels with Parking

Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

Stayed here since it was affordable, had free shuttle service to SM(where our bus dropped us off), and the restaurant downstairs is pretty decent and has a wide variety of food options. Staff are nice and respectful.

We stayed at Prime Asia Hotel from April 15–16, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility with check-in. Although the standard check-in time is 4 PM, we arrived early at around 2 PM since we were already in the area and traveling with a toddler. Thankfully, they accommodated us, which made a big difference for our trip. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming. Whether in the hallway or the elevator, they always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were also impressive. There’s a 24/7 café in the lobby and a rooftop restaurant that’s also open 24/7, which is very convenient. The pool is open all day as well, and since it wasn’t crowded during our visit, my mom and toddler were able to enjoy it fully. Our room was spacious and well-prepared. They even set up an extra bed for my mom, even though we didn’t request it. We also appreciated the small touches, like being given fresh, warm towels. A special thank you as well for having YouTube Premium available my baby really enjoyed watching kids’ shows, which kept them entertained. We also tried the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. The tapa and bacon were especially delicious. The only downside we noticed was the limited parking space. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Good things: 1. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, we didn’t have any problem with them 2. The room was spacious, bed sheets clean but super worn-out 3. Enough towels in the bathroom and they were clean, although not soft and had a strong smell of detergent 4. Breakfast by the pool at the rooftop was our favorite thing🤩 I especially liked the strawberry jam- yummy!!! 5. There’s a free basement parking for hotel guests Bad things: 1. TERRIBLY DIRTY bathroom. It looked like nobody cleaned it. I have photos but I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to post them here. There was hair in the sink and the toilet bowl looked disgusting. For me, cleanliness is THE MOST IMPORTANT part. If a hotel is not clean, I’m not going to stay there again even if they are super nice and the food is delicious. No, thanks. P.S. When I called the reception to complain about the bathroom, they did offer me to change the room. But since I already unpacked and didn’t want to waste my time packing and unpacking again, I asked if they could send someone to clean and disinfect the bathroom which they did, so we were able to use it

Nice stay. But they could enhance utilities to make it a little less cheap. Mainit sa room. Walang netflix subscription. No free bottled water. Yung Buffet breakfast hindi din sulit. :) Anyways, thank you!

I expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ritz Hotel Angeles and overall, I was satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and responsive to requests. They were easy to approach whenever I needed assistance, which made the stay much more convenient and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. I also appreciated that the room had the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping and hotel staff were attentive, and any requests or concerns were handled efficiently. One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s convenient location in Angeles City. It was easy to get around the area, and transportation was readily available whenever needed. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile.
