Guest UserThis hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and all the appliances were working properly, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient since it’s just walking distance to Pryce Tower and nearby establishments.
One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy.

Delivers in all the ways it promised. This is my third time staying here and it's quickly becoming my go to stay when I'm in Davao.
Location? Chef's kiss. It's located right in the heart of the city. It's only a couple hundred meters from Abreeza and one jeepney ride away from the other malls (GMall, SM Lanang and SM Ecoland). Check-in is convenient and quick.
The unit itself has been very clean in the three times I've been there. Guests check out regularly so the room usually gets cleaned daily. Privacy hasn't been an issue with the privacy curtains. I really appreciate the study space as well, particularly the chair. It's a very comfortable chair. Airconditioner is working perfectly. There's a balcony if you need to hang clothes out in the sun. Favorite place in the room is the bathroom. Clean bathroom with a bidet, plus heated shower and faucet.
Of course, there are trade offs in the sense that you don't have absolute privacy and you have to tread lightly for other guests which is expected for the price. Absolutely best value for money in all the places I've stayed at in the city.

ClaudetteeA birthday present for my mother! Then the earthquake happened. The staff were very helpful most especially we had a 4 months old baby and a two year old! They did their best despite people panicking. They kept their calm! The family was glad we chose Dusit Thani again and again. Thanks a lot Dusit!

There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing.

SteveeWhat I liked:
- good location
- excellent customer service
- beautiful reception
- the breakfast was authentic and tasty
What I did not like:
- cockroach was found in my room
- the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year
- the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here,
- it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for.
When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem.
Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

Guest UserI had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. My room was clean and spacious, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also quite good. The staff were all friendly and enthusiastic, providing thoughtful and attentive service, and communication was always smooth. The overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It offers great value for money, and I had a wonderful experience staying here as a foreigner. Highly recommend!

Ykhca_TravelsWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process.
While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay.
I would recommend this place.

NiceymaucieWe stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra.
The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.
