It is mybsecond time to be staying here all the staff are so helpful friendly and accomodating and the room is very clean and neat it also smells A-okay plus the price is really budget friendly ..it also has a large room and tv has Netflix etc will definitely recommend this place

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sogo overall, and I would like to share my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities worked properly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the staff, who were polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist whenever I had questions or needed help. Their professionalism made me feel welcome and added to the positive experience. One thing I found a little difficult was locating the elevator. Since it is somewhat hidden, it took me a while to find it, especially as a first-time guest. It would be very helpful if the hotel could install more visible directional signs or provide clearer guidance upon check-in so guests can easily locate the elevator without confusion. Aside from that minor concern, everything else was excellent. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I was satisfied with the quality of service I received. The cleanliness, affordability, and convenience made my stay enjoyable. Overall, I would rate my experience 8 out of 10. With a few improvements to the elevator signage, I believe the guest experience would be even better. Thank you to the entire Hotel Sogo team for your hospitality. during my stay very good and they have a welcome drinks..people are kind and generous.. smooth the check in and check out..to sir Brent in the front dest he is so kind and respectful thank you so much..to the breakfast is so good and to the club dining areas in other building the worker in there is very kind.. thank you and i will come back and stay again..Thank you to all worker's

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

The location is very convenient for me going to the airport, only thing I am disappointed a little bit the shower isn't working 😁 I collected water in a bucket for shower and for brushing teeth 😅. The Electric Kettle won't work either 😔. I hope the staff will check it properly(room 18) . The rest I'm happy for the service. I invited my aunt and my cousin in my room just to get some stuff and they went after I'm glad staff are not so strict. This my my 2nd stay in that hotel next trip I'm still want to book and stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.

The room was spacious and clean. However, the window was too small, with an outer glass pane and inner blinds, which could be opened for ventilation. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and might affect sleep. There's a gym, a swimming pool, and plenty of parking spaces available.
