IIYATRISHAWe love the ambience of the place. Room service was superb! They really clean and change towels, even wash the used utensils knowing your things are safe when you come back to your room. All amenities are for couples except for the slippers but we didn't mind cause my husband brought his own. All of the staff are approachable. Wifi is working, fridge is cold, they also have blow drier and flat iron with stand. I just hope the television will upgrade to a smart tv. Everything was great. We even ate buffet breakfast which are various dishes from pinoy to foreign food.

GGuest UserDesigned for comfort and happiness this hotel gives you complete peace and quiet along with exceptional services and breakfast options was really a good choice! The convenience store adjacent to the front door really helps if you would like late night snacks or drinks. You can even select various alcoholic drinks if required so ts really convenient to shop there or across the road you'll see the SM IliIlo shopping mall and food courts! Excellent location tomegaworld festive walk or immigration offices too! I will be back again soon!

DDeodatusThe room is super quiet and clean — honestly, you really feel at home… unless you happen to run into unruly guests.
The staff? Friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
Breakfast is a bit small for the price, though.
Right now there’s construction at the entrance, so parking can be a little tricky if you bring a car. But again, the staff swoops in to assist, so it’s manageable.
For the price, this place is very affordable and a solid spot to rest.
I haven’t tried the rooms with big windows yet, so can’t comment on those.
The shower works fine, just not super powerful.
Towels and the CR are clean — always a win.

The staff were courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient, providing easy access to key areas in Iloilo while still feeling peaceful and quiet.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend PearLi View Hotel to travelers looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant place to stay in Iloilo. Would love to come back again!

The location is very convenient just near the mall, so everything we needed was within easy reach. The amenities were good and added to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
