Very good, the uncle who takes care of the accommodation is kind and very cute. The room is comfortable, the view is very good, in the morning the atmosphere is very good. Yes, the weather is cool, the breakfast is good, give a lot too. There are a lot of mosquitoes at night, but in the room there is a mosquito net. But who is allergic to mosquito repellent or likes to bring mosquito repellent better. There is about one dust. Anyone who is allergic to dust, it is recommended to bring allergic medicine. Here, next to the water, you will hear the sound of the boat almost all the time. Anyone who is easy to wake up, it is recommended to bring earplugs. Come, but personally, we are just. Yes, when I fall asleep, I can't hear it. The thing that is a little stuck is that the room is not like the picture on the website that size. Maybe because the decoration has been changed and it is older. May not be as cute as the picture, but still considered cute. Overall it is very good. The room was clean and odorless, and the staff provided excellent service – no complaints or tantrums. There are plenty of food options downstairs, making it easy to find something to eat, and many malls nearby. Most importantly, it's very close to Impact Arena, just a 5-minute walk, making it perfect for staying when there's a concert.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. I was able to check in immediately since there was a room available. There's also a cafe right next to the hotel, which is super convenient! I'll definitely stay here again. I especially loved that they had a shuttle service to and from the concert, and parking at the hotel was easy and convenient.

Good value for money, convenient location. Hotel is clean, simple and worth the price. Room is basic but comfortable, suitable for short stays. No breakfast provided, but that’s not an issue because there is a 7-Eleven right next door, along with a Thai noodle shop and a local rice restaurant nearby. Nice small touch: free hot chocolate available in the morning until 10AM. Overall, a good budget hotel if you just need a clean and convenient place to stay.

This time, the heavy rain was really annoying; the area outside the hotel looked like a river. Putting aside this natural phenomenon... The hotel is a few hundred meters from the subway, and there are convenience stores and a mall nearby. The room facilities were quite clean, but the lighting was very dim and yellow, which isn't ideal for people who need to do their makeup. Also, the glass soundproofing isn't great; even on the 18th floor, you could still hear cars driving and honking below. Opening a 26-inch suitcase made the room feel a bit cramped; a 28-inch one would probably make it impossible to move around. On the plus side, it offers good value for money and includes breakfast. The water pressure was good, but remember to bring your own shower filter...

I found this accommodation very good in terms of location, cleanness, friendly and helpful reception, local food market just downstairs, reasonable room fee, and many others features. Thank you for the accommodation and surely will return.

Clean accommodation at a good price. Conveniently located with both bus access and proximity to the BTS Skytrain. Close to Impact Arena and Cosmo Bazaar, making it easy to find food options.

For anyone attending events at Impact Arena who wants an affordable stay (if booked in advance) but doesn't want to risk the scary *Popula* condos, I highly recommend this place. It's right on Chaeng Watthana Road, about an 8-minute walk to the Pink Line BTS station (or one bus stop away). There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away, a 'Mookata' (Thai BBQ) place at the entrance of the alley, and it's not far from Lotus's and Chan Avenue (a 10-minute walk). If you don't have a car, you can walk as described above. To get to Impact, you can call a Grab Saver for around 30+ baht, or if there are two of you, take a taxi which can drive along the canal. For the return trip, you can take the BTS or a car along the canal and walk back a short distance. Late check-in is available, with a guard on duty. The room and bed were clean and odorless, and the bathroom was also clean, though the shower pressure was a bit weak, even on the second floor. Outside noise wasn't an issue, both from outside the building and within. I couldn't hear the neighbors, so the soundproofing is excellent. However, the mini-fridge was noisy 😂. At first, I thought it was my neighbor repeatedly closing their bathroom door, but listening closer, it was definitely the fridge. They provide two small bottles of drinking water daily, tissues, a bath towel, and a hand towel. Hairdryers need to be signed out from reception. There are elevators on every floor, which is very convenient. Overall, I loved it! Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back.

The place is very near Impact Arena, so it is very convenient to concert goers. It was a nice stay. The room is cleaned, the owner is kind and there are many food stalls outside. It is also walking distance to the Outlet, so you can go shopping during the day and enjoy the night market during the night. And most of all, I enjoyed One Ok Rock concert..haha

Very nice resort, most of the staff can speak English and are very friendly. The hotel itself is very good for a quiet rest if you like nature, however, it is in the outskirts and it can be very difficult to find any local amenities without use of a taxi.
