TTanayot suwarodIt is a homestay that people can stay in.
It is very simple and comfortable.
The uncle and aunt take good care of you.
Especially the two cute cats, gray with beautiful patterns.
I asked the uncle and aunt to go buy things outside. They were very good. I ordered whatever I ordered and got it exactly as I expected. I didn't think I would find it, but I found it.
The grilled pork is also delicious. It has only ingredients such as pork, beef, squid, and shrimp.
As for breakfast, there is rice porridge, sandwiches, fruit, coffee, and Ovaltine.
Overall, it is very good. It is suitable for relaxing, sitting and watching the boats, and the wind is very chill.

CChristineLawThis was my 1st stay stay in Pak Kret District, reason pick this home stay because near to IMPACT ARENA for concert. The owners of the unit is friendly, but unable to meet her/him, we were communicate by text only. its a simple and basic home stay, clean with small toilet. 7-11 is near by walking distance ＜ 5min, Cosmos Bazaar near by walking distance 5-8min, impact arena near by walking distance 12min, lots of nice foods and VERY THAI LOCAL living style area. if you want to explore something OUT OF TOWN, a great place to come over too.

ААнастасия БезвербнаяI was running away from it. It is literally containers. 3 floors without an elevator. But I can live with it. You could feel how trucks drive past. No soup for hands, lark of toilet paper, no trash bin and paper towels or electric in the shower room.
I saw just one person from the stuff. Haven’t notes anyone clean. So hairs and dust are around every where. Ants on the kitchen…
The room itself is ok.

GGuest UserGreat for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it.
Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too.
There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go.
You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.)
The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

SStanJIt's a nice accommodation that's not big, but has everything you need. It's such an appropriate place for a short break away from the bustling city center of Bangkok. It's quiet and peaceful. I'd like to stay again next time.
Disadvantage: I booked for 2 nights, on the first day they said there were no vacancies of the premium studio I booked, so they gave me a small room. I was able to move to the room I booked on the next day, but it's a pity that I couldn’t stay in the room I wanted on the first day because I made a reservation in advance. It's a pity that the water pressure was weak.

GGuest UserThe place is very near Impact Arena, so it is very convenient to concert goers. It was a nice stay. The room is cleaned, the owner is kind and there are many food stalls outside. It is also walking distance to the Outlet, so you can go shopping during the day and enjoy the night market during the night. And most of all, I enjoyed One Ok Rock concert..haha

AAnonymous UserIf you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice.

DDamon MercerVery nice resort, most of the staff can speak English and are very friendly. The hotel itself is very good for a quiet rest if you like nature, however, it is in the outskirts and it can be very difficult to find any local amenities without use of a taxi.
