DDisoderI think it's a very good hotel, clean and safe, breakfast and coffee provided. There's a restaurant and cafe next door, but there's noise coming through the door. They should put soundproofing. Overall very good.

GGuest UserThe room was everything we wished for, very close walking distance to Impact Arena/Challenger, close to convenience store and street restaurant. Towels, soap, sample of hair treatment are available and we appreciated it. Two bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived, spacious room, calm. The owner was very helpful if we had any questions on how to check in/out, really quick answers, it allowed us to enjoy our stay and not to worry about anything, I recommend 100%!

Going to the apartment for the first time is a bit scary, but the room inside is very nice. the owner did a good job to create a comfortable atmosphere inside. In general, there is everything you might need. There is a large shopping center nearby, 7-11, and the arena is about a 7-minute walk away. I will book again!

It is very simple and comfortable.
The uncle and aunt take good care of you.
Especially the two cute cats, gray with beautiful patterns.
I asked the uncle and aunt to go buy things outside. They were very good. I ordered whatever I ordered and got it exactly as I expected. I didn't think I would find it, but I found it.
The grilled pork is also delicious. It has only ingredients such as pork, beef, squid, and shrimp.
As for breakfast, there is rice porridge, sandwiches, fruit, coffee, and Ovaltine.
Overall, it is very good. It is suitable for relaxing, sitting and watching the boats, and the wind is very chill.

PPornchaiThe atmosphere of the hotel by the river is very suitable for relaxation. The decoration is beautifully retro. The room is large and clean. Sleep comfortably. There are 2 swimming pools. The pool by the river has a very beautiful view. The pool in the middle of the building is beautiful like a garden in the middle of the building. There are only a few chairs around the pool. The breakfast is very delicious. I recommend this hotel. It is worth the rest.

GGuest UserGreat for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it.
Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too.
There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go.
You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.)
The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

DDamon MercerVery nice resort, most of the staff can speak English and are very friendly. The hotel itself is very good for a quiet rest if you like nature, however, it is in the outskirts and it can be very difficult to find any local amenities without use of a taxi.
