GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location was extremely convenient for attending the concert at impact arena, and overnight parking was available, which made everything much easier.
The service was excellent, and I especially loved the thoughtful concert-themed decorations and props prepared by the hotel — they were so cute and really made the experience even more special!

CChristineLawThis was my 1st stay stay in Pak Kret District, reason pick this home stay because near to IMPACT ARENA for concert. The owners of the unit is friendly, but unable to meet her/him, we were communicate by text only. its a simple and basic home stay, clean with small toilet. 7-11 is near by walking distance ＜ 5min, Cosmos Bazaar near by walking distance 5-8min, impact arena near by walking distance 12min, lots of nice foods and VERY THAI LOCAL living style area. if you want to explore something OUT OF TOWN, a great place to come over too.

In fact, I think there are no people who expect cleanliness while booking this accommodation..? This is a great place to get out of the complex city and enjoy leisure with the sound of rivers, birds and cute cats.
I definitely want to go to this hostel, so I changed the flight date and went there, but I have no regrets at all!
This is a place I would like to recommend even more for those who like romance!
The view from the room to the river, the interior of the room where the boss touches it.
I definitely want to go again if I have a chance.
The breakfast you give in the morning is so delicious!
The boss is very kind.

GGuest UserGreat for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it.
Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too.
There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go.
You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.)
The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

SStanJIt's a nice accommodation that's not big, but has everything you need. It's such an appropriate place for a short break away from the bustling city center of Bangkok. It's quiet and peaceful. I'd like to stay again next time.
Disadvantage: I booked for 2 nights, on the first day they said there were no vacancies of the premium studio I booked, so they gave me a small room. I was able to move to the room I booked on the next day, but it's a pity that I couldn’t stay in the room I wanted on the first day because I made a reservation in advance. It's a pity that the water pressure was weak.

GGuest UserThe place is very near Impact Arena, so it is very convenient to concert goers. It was a nice stay. The room is cleaned, the owner is kind and there are many food stalls outside. It is also walking distance to the Outlet, so you can go shopping during the day and enjoy the night market during the night. And most of all, I enjoyed One Ok Rock concert..haha

GGuest UserWe had an event at the Thuderdome, so the hotel was very convenient. Free shuttle was great. Staff at reception were very friendly and attentive. The only suggestion would be for the rooms that have Jacuzzi's in them, it would be good to run them once and a while so they are clean for guests. After filling the tub and running the jets three times the water finally ran clear. We would stay again.

DDamon MercerVery nice resort, most of the staff can speak English and are very friendly. The hotel itself is very good for a quiet rest if you like nature, however, it is in the outskirts and it can be very difficult to find any local amenities without use of a taxi.
