The condo is clean, comfortable, and very accessible to the IMPACT Exhibition Halls, which is really convenient for events and exhibitions.
However, the main issue we experienced was with the check-in arrangement. We informed the property in advance through Trip.com that we would arrive early in the morning around 1 AM because our flight lands late at night. Although the message showed as received, it was very difficult to contact the property before our arrival since nobody answered the calls for several days.
When we arrived, the situation became stressful because the security guard could not understand English well. Thankfully, we had a translator app, and we were eventually able to communicate. The guard contacted the unit owner, but at first, they did not allow us to check in. We waited for more than an hour while trying to explain our situation. Fortunately, the owner eventually accepted our request, and we were finally able to rest, especially since we also needed to check out early at 9 AM the same day.
Overall, the place itself is good and convenient, but communication and late check-in coordination could definitely be improved for guests arriving late at night.
