Good location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels. Large and clean bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike. Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!

Hotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff. The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated. It’s an ideal location to attend a baseball game or walk around downtown.

We stayed for one night because of its proximity to the Spring Grove Cemetery and arboretum. The double queen room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I could not get some amenities like a toothbrush so I went to a local store for those. It had a fridge, microwave and safe as well as a closet and good WiFi. The breakfast was included, it had a really cool pancake making machine with eggs and sausage and juice so I’d recommend that. The pool and gym were nice and easily accessible as well as ice and vending machines. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Sharonville as it’s right next to the convention center and has several stores and restaurants nearby.

The location is good and parking is convenient. There is a parking lot opposite the hotel. It costs $8.50 to stay overnight, and extra charges apply after 9am. The room is very small and there are high stairs to the lobby.

Free WiFi must be registered as a member, there is no other option, a bit annoying, health is OK. The location is a bit biased, but the price is good if you can live.

Compared to the Days inn I booked for this night but left to due to the condition of the hotel this place is paradise!

Not bad of a hotel, wish I utilized the indoor pool though haha but the room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast is alright though nothing extravagant just very basic but at least it was free

The rooms are large and the environment is good, with gym and swimming pool. It's just that the breakfast is unpalatable, but most hotels in the United States have almost the same breakfast. Overall the price is good.

I have a 15-year-old daughter and the past couple years we go to Cincinnati to do our school shopping. we take a BFF with us and I surprise them with a hotel room after we're done shopping! Although it was a little later in the evening when we made it to our hotel the girls still had some swim time before it closed at 10 pm. Days Inn Blue Ash had all the amenities required for our trip! 2 queen beds, indoor pool, and breakfast included for the 3 of us! It was clean and the breakfast hit the spot before we hit the road 😍

The location was primo right off Interstate 71, it was very easy to find. Cleanliness was good. I think this was a huge conference center at one time , that has seen better days. There is a large indoor pool, and large restaraunt that was not in use (the restauranut ). The indoor garden space must have been fantastic but is in need of severe care. Large dead plants, extremely hot and humid from the pool I guess. The hotel also appears very dark, I can only guess how much it would cost to air condition and upkeep the place. Service was okay, it was a man who was just okay as compared to the morning person who was happy and upbeat. I did see the man made the huge effort to help with card keys that did not work, etc. The room was fine except for the extremely loud A/C unit. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The toilet ocasionnally continued to run which I manually fixed. Enough towels and such but could have used more bar soap. The TV was one of the easiest to use for me. The advertised continental breakfast consisted of dry cereal for the kids, milk and yogurt in the fridge, weak coffee, apple juice, fresh fruit, and oatmeal to mix yourself. Needed more hot water to use. Also needed a carafe of decaf coffee. The outside had parking spots for hundreds. Kept up area pretty well. Bed was comfortable, and I love the pillows, they were just right. I think all the carpets in the place need steam cleaning, they did not smell but they were very dark. Again, this place needs a big infusion of cash and some personnel need to return to hospitality management school.
