Very nice hotel, modern and exceptionally clean decor. Nice hot breakfast with multiple choices of food. Staff was very nice.

Do not recommend, breakfast was just waffles basically. Pool closed and was not informed. Small elevators that you can barely fit in 😂 just overall never again.

walked in the room to a smell, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t pleasant. air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. sheets were nasty and stained. bathroom was okay, shower was dirty. its splashes of something on the tv screen, pillows were used and not changed. 2/10

The hotel was easy to get too, and everything in it didn't look too bad either. The room was perfectly suitable for our needs and everything was there you'd need.
Wifi also worked real good too, an overall clean and affordable place for travelers visiting Cincinnati itself.

Evening staff was very friendly, the lady who was there during breakfast cusssed a lot and talked about how she didn't get holiday pay. Room was clean, no issues, breakfast wasnt filled up for drinks outside of coffee.

Hotel itself was decent. Treadmills didnt work. And there is no hot tub like it advertised online.
First room was dirty & not what I had reserved.
After getting the correct room, a group of teens were beyond loud right next to us.
After asking them to quiet down & they didn't we asked to be moved. The girl at the desk said they didn't have anymore rooms. She kied because 4 hours later when we couldn't sleep so packed up & asked for a refund, the guy up front offered to move us. He was helpful & did give a refund, but it was definitely our worst experience with customer service.

I was very impressed with this La Quinta. The property was clean, modern, and looked brand new, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I will gladly stay at this location every time I visit the area.
