Enjoyed the friendly service. The location and hospitality was great.

Good staff, sweet service

Great apartment, had everything we needed and was in a great location for accessing the CBD. Pre authorisation has taken almost a month to be returned for which lets the hotel down, although would not let this put you off as everything else is great!

My stay was perfect close to children's hospital was reason for being in Melbourne will most definitely book again next time im there would highly recommend

Good size room's, suits familys, free parking a great bonus.

price is ok but no where to eat nearby. Room is dated, many small insects and spiders in room. Very uncomfortable snd dirty. Will not stay there anymore. Do not recommend to others.

Room's were clean staff friendly, my shower leaked flooding bathroom but orher than that I'd stay again.

The outside really let it down and the internal layout, no proper sitting/lounge area. Fridge in a weird spot and didn’t work great. Did have a bit of a stale smell in the rooms too.

I stayed in Room 23, which was recently updated and clean. Everything (fridge, A/C, TV, ect.) worked fine and the bed was comfortable with good quality white linen.

The rooms are decent, but the outside of the building looks a little grubby. You also have a six lane road outside so don’t expect quiet. You do though have great links to the rest of Melbourne and the staff are very friendly.
