Best hotel to stay im Manila.

Great location and facilities. Reception and concierge needs to be proactive. There were 4-5 bellboys standing outside when we arrived but I still needed to ASK for help for our bags, not really a good impression for a hotel in Sofitel caliber. Check in took quite loooong

Enjoy the sunshine by the pool. You must try the buffet dinner. The restaurant has everything you need.

Our first stay here and exceeded our expectations,,the pool area was extraordinary the restaurant and the hotel decor was beautiful,,the service was 5star service and the room is spacious and very comfortable,looking forward to our next stay at the sofitel on our next visit to the Philippines, Toby&Elsie Hynes 🇨🇦

Hotel facilities are good, ambiance is also OK.

We enjoyed our stay however, we find some food like pork and chicken not that tender, maybe dry due to reheating?

酒店的服務和位置都很好，很近MOA，還有酒店裏的SPA都可以一試很身心放鬆，另外酒店旁有個地方叫SeaScape，那裏的海鮮餐廳很出色

The historic hotel lobby made me glad that I came to the Philippines. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the hotel staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were a little old in places. Still, Sofitel Manila offered service that was on par with other luxury hotels. 🏊♂️ The pool and food were good, and I would like to stay at Sofitel Manila again the next time I come to the Philippines.

This was our first visit to the Philippines and I choose to stay at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila. We stayed there for 5 nights. The hotel is quite old but still very nice. The staff are attentive and the breakfast was the highlight of our trip. It is buffet and the variety is endless. All and all, it is a good location, and will suite any type of traveller.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Sofitel. There are so many people and the waiters are so slow. It’s like a vegetable market. It doesn’t feel like a five-star experience at all. The hotel is old and it is inconvenient to travel. I was woken up by the sound outside early in the morning. The surrounding environment was too noisy. I will never come here again

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained and operated, and the business is good.

My son loves to stay at Sofitel.We always enjoy our stay everytime we book.
