"5 star for me i love this hotel😍 Location is good a lots of food shops 🏬 tokyo tokyo,popeye,Starbucks,lawson,macdonalds,breadshops,korean restaurants,s&r and nyt market,crabs restaurants and church ⛪️ and beauty salon,nails spa,thai massage,barbershop and laundry and karaoke and massage chair and children playground and jogging place 🏃♂️ soon mang inasal The room is good clean but my first day nyt i have no towel😩 The staffs is approachable and nice always greetings 😍😍 The morning breakfast i like it i love the foods 😍😍 The taste is good 👍 I recommended this hotel kung nasa terminal 3 kayo nag arrival mas maganda magbook kayo ng grab and kung departure ninyu terminal 2or 1 maggrab lang kayo 150+lang ang pamasahe my free shuttle bus cla sa newport pero hindi pupunta sa terminal 3 hanggang newport lang cla dun banda sa belmont pero hindi papasok sa gilid lang ng kalsada magstop Sobrang na enjoy ko yung pagstay kasi buong kwarto ko nkawindow glass makikita tlaga ang paliparan mga airplane at mga cars"

"The Hotel was placed a small distance from the Naia T3 airport. You can get there by using the Runway Manila bridge. A good 5 mins walk. Staff were very polite, helpful and all smiles. The gym was clean and equipments looked new. The pool was clean, and the drink was delish. Kudos to the bartender!"

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-managed. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. "The room had an ample space for a queen bed and a sofa. The room was tidy and totally appreciate the freebies with the room. Location is perfect near to Terminal 3 and across is Newport mall for a quick dinner with family. Staff was very approachable and accomodating with late check ins and late check outs. Breakfast buffet had a few selection of pastries and Asian cuisine but plenty of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Downside is there was a musty odour on one side of the room near the window. Otherwise, very satisfied and totally recommend."

"Hotel was located not far from airport and was a minutes walking from Metro Point Mall. Which was connected to both LRA n MRT trains. Staff's were friendly and helpful. There were no halal foods on restaurant menu, but restaurant staff are always ready to discuss and prepare halal food for us. I'm really thankfull for chef and restaurant staff's."

"I've seen small cockroaches in the kitchen, living room, and inside the drawer in my bedroom area. Although the location is excellent, being nearby MOA, and there are some restaurants on the ground floor, the service has been quite disappointing. Unlike typical hotel procedures where you check in/out at the main lobby and the staff handles the rest, here, I had to wait around 15-25 minutes to be assisted by a different set of staff, not from the main building, to get to my room. They didn't even properly explain the rules; I was simply told to call the given number if I had further questions. Additionally, there's no access to the gym and swimming pool has additional charge."

"We had a very comfortable stay in this unit. The place is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel at ease throughout our visit. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the mall and perfect for all the errands we had planned. Overall, our stay was smooth and relaxing — it truly felt like a home away from home. "This is our second time at Golden Phoenix. The first time left us impressed. It's not one of the expensive hotels in the area, but gives almost the same experience. Breakfast buffet is more than ample, and room service menu is not too expensive. Beds are nice and comfy. Air-conditioning was great! Brr! Some rooms and common areas look old, but they are clean and okay. Staff are nice, helpful and courteous. At our last stay, some requests were quite slow to be attended to but understandable as they were fully booked. During our first stay, and they weren't so packed, their service was very prompt. Overall, it's a great option for us when we need to be in the area."

"A first class stay. Lanson Place at MOA was opened in 2023, and is very modern and convenient for MOA and all the waterfront attractions in Manila. Staff were friendly and welcoming, starting with the bellhops and security staff when we arrived (take note, big competing hotel next door), and the room was excellent. The rooftop pool was excellent, with fantastic views and we enjoyed a relaxing time up there before dinner. We enjoyed superior cocktails in the evening at the bar overlooking Manila Bay, and the buffet breakfast was excellent with just about everything you could wish to eat. The staff were more than happy for us to leave our baggage locked up securely with them the next day until our late evening flight home. It was a block or so to walk to MOA from the hotel, which kept us entertained and fed while we stayed in Manila. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in central Manila, as it also convenient for Nino Aquino Airport as well as MOA."
