This is my second time to book here. The place is near baclaran and MRT station and it’s near the airport. Convenient for grab a car too. If you plan for staying a night, I recommend here. It’s clean and staff is nice too. Quick to check in and check out. Also, it includes plated breakfast and have a rooftop swimming pool which you can enjoy for staycation. The room is spacious and clean. It has cabinet, slippers, toiletries, TV and ref. The bed and pillows are also comfortable to use, so can get a good sleep. While, the toilet flush is also clean but it looks like they used different water for flush which dirtier from bidet but no bad odor. Overall, it’s affordable and good to stay.

The staff are really very good and put right the problems the best they can. The hotel is showing signs of old age and needs refurbishment. However it is excellent value for money. The roof top bar and restaurant are good as is the pool with city views. Don't eat the breakfast, it is not for westerners, the coffee was the only thing worth having.

The location is great because there are many nearby restaurants and it is close to the MRT/LRT station. But, there were many cockroaches and the water was dirty when I first opened it, as if the water had been stored for a long time, the color was rusty. I didn't take a picture of the water because I wasn't expecting it.

Staff are very accommodating 10/10, call them to borrow a blower, and they’ll be outside your room mins after. They helped me with my luggages which is very helpful with me since i cannot carry anything above 5kg. The location is also okay. On my first night, I arrived late and hungry, was planning to order something on Grab but it will take 40-50 mins to be delivered, so i decided to go out from hotel and see what foods available, and i am surprised there are fast food chains, mall, one ride PUVs to MOA and that’s just like a minute walk literally outside the hotel. I like that during my stay, dec 15-20 2025, their breakfast is buffet style, also not much viand were offered, it’s already decent breakfast since i only got the hotel for like 1500p per night. One bad thing about this hotel is just that the room has small cockroaches and takes 5-8mins for the shower to be warm so i turn on the shower ahead before i go in. :)

We celebrated my sisters birthday and it is a blast! We enjoyed our stay and was able to build much closer relationship with each other. Family will always have a special place in my heart.
