The service was superb from start to finish. All the staff were very approachable, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable.
My family and I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere.

HHana MejiaSending my appreciation thus my utmost support for this hotel and my hostess (person I am transacting with) during my stay in Pasay. All the list of amenities are provided and if requesting for other item not included in the list, the hostess can readily and immediately provide for your convenience. The location is most convenient for me since I have a transaction at DLSU-M and other nearby places. The hotel is also squeky clean before we entered the room and everything is tidy and well-kept. If unit 3511 will be offered for my next booking, I'll definitely grab it.

JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.

AAmie24The self check in is very convenient and no need to worry about other steps just to be in the room. The room is equipped with basic essentials. I suggest having a dish towel and take out or re arrange the mirror on the wall which is no use.

SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.

MMe_idhsk10/10 for location and amenities. Can still improve for cleanliness, found a cockroach on my refigerator and has an awful smell on the other room I stayed in. Good value. Staffs are superb! Very accommodating and friendly. Aesthetic rooms.

GGuest UserVery chique hotel, it was very clean I have no complaints at all. The shuttlebus was a big beautiful benz van. The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was bigger than I expected and very beautiful. I recommend this hotel to those who have an international flight next day in Manila.

KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!
