GGuest UserOur stay at Lanson has been wonderful so far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room is clean and comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting Toni Sitchon, Director of Operations, during check-in—she was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the hotel being very busy, she kindly allowed us to extend our two additonal rooms for tonight, which we truly appreciate.
Breakfast has been enjoyable, and we would especially like to commend Lauren at breakfast. She was very friendly and checked on us during the meal, making us feel well taken care of.
Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and the excellent service we’ve received.

GGuest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

GGuest UserThe water pressure was really low, so showers were a struggle, and it took ages for the hot water to come through. Filling the tub for a bath also took forever. We booked a twin room but were given a small double room instead. Also, the beautiful pool is located on the West Wing rooftop, which is quite a distance away.

NNinya AdrianoIt's my 2nd time to book here in GemstoneBR. Absolutely always wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only suggestion is regarding room placement — Everytime I booked I had requested a unit near the elevator but always it was assigned one farther away. I understand availability can vary and hope this can be accommodated in the future. But yeah, would definitely stay again!

Housekeeping needs many improvements. I booked 2 rooms...1 for me and my wife (floor 6) and the other for my parents and siblings (connecting room at floor 3). Floor 3 housekeeping @ Karen is fantastic! My parents loved her and even gave her a tip as she go the extra mile i.e. really clean the room and even arrange the towel into some design! My cleaner on the other hand is not good, my cups did not get cleaned even after I have used it with tea in it. Please take note level 6 housekeeping.

CcharleleleHere is the place that where you wanna save your budget and wanna see a really nice view. The lobby its really elegant look and have alot of security around there so its really safe to live in. The room are really nice can sleep for 4 person. Its also very convenient which there are many restaurants and Alfamart around there. So no need to worry abt going so far to get food or other stuff which have to go supermarket to buy.
If you wanna go to MOA (Mall of Asia) you can just walk for 10~15min is really near 🫣 There has alot of zeepney so dosent have to worry abt the transportation too.

SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The room was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The host was extremely accommodating, responsive, and kind, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was also perfect—convenient, peaceful, and easily accessible to nearby attractions and necessities.
