Amazing
GGuest UserBest location for the grandest pyromusical with several options to watch the show including dining offers. Friendly, reliable and accommodating staff. Superior room is spectacularly spacious for a family with kid/s and the amenities were well-enjoyed by all.

Great
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and security at the entrance was strict. The bed was quite large too. Downstairs there's an **, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are still amazing; I've been many times and will definitely come back again.
AAnonymous UserI am a repeat customer although I am now assigned to Unit 3420. U have always enjoyed my staybas always since almost all the amenities were provided included those not listed in the platform. You just have to ask and the person you are in contact with would provide it to the best of his abilities. On top of this, I had great city view, clean restroom and kitchen counters. Sleep is also undisrupted and generally peaceful. Will definitely return here sometime.
GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and the hotel felt very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is super convenient since you don't even need to go outside. Newport Mall has tons of dining and entertainment options and is very upscale, considered the most high-end mall in the Philippines.
JJamieleWe had an amazing staycation experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and unwind without traveling far. The ambiance was peaceful, the amenities were excellent, and everything we needed was conveniently available. It truly felt like a mini getaway from our daily routine. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy quality time close to home!

Very Good
GGuest UserSuite Room with two queen beds,- Spacious , ok for a three-star hotel. However, having checked-in a Suite room I did not expect very old towels that has coloured gray not white anymore. No hair dryer. Bathroom ok but sink need more cleaning in corners. hallway carpets need updating. Great city- view ( room 1104). Close to shops, pharmacy , jollibee and chowking downstairs. Staff are approachable and very attentive except for one lady staff at the desk when I checked in (4 am, April 11), who was so engrossed with her computer and let me wait for several minutes without even looking at me to say “ please wait” or at least acknowledge my oresence.. Security guards are all very helpful
they deserve recogition.
__nonameatall✨Service and Atmosphere
The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The building’s facade and the stunning views of Manila Bay are designed exceptionally well, creating a beautiful and relaxing backdrop for a weekend getaway.
✨Room and Safety
Our room was spotless and maintained a high standard of cleanliness that made the space feel very comfortable. It provided a great sense of security and peace of mind, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy the environment.
✨Dining Experience
The breakfast buffet was a highlight of the trip, featuring high-quality dishes that definitely deserve high praise. While the food served was excellent, expanding the variety of choices in the buffet would take the dining experience to the next level.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Asiatel to meet a friend. It was conveniently located nearby 3 of Nino Aquino Manila Airport. Location is its best attribute plus free luggage storage which travelers often need. There is an attached restaurant, other than that not many amenities; mostly a close convenient place to stay by the airport.
GGuest UserThe room was almost clean, except for old underwear under the bed. There was a chair on the balcony that collapsed under me the first second I sat on it – luckily, I caught myself. Check-in was late, so I had to wait for an assistant. The bedding seemed clean, but it was well-worn. The sea view from the window was exactly as described. Check-out was more difficult than check-in; I sat at the reception for over 3 hours waiting for my deposit refund. Maybe it wasn't the hotel's fault, as my internet ran out. In short, I didn't wait any longer and went into town to try and pay for internet, but that's another story. Later, when I got connected, I called a hotel employee and it turned out they had lost track of me. They refunded my deposit via transfer to a third-party card, for which I'm very grateful. Photos are attached.
