GGuest UserI arrived in Manila late at night as a woman, and my flight the next morning was a mid-morning flight, so I mostly just spent the night sleeping. I considered a nearby hotel, but I thought this hotel would be sufficient for just sleeping. Despite my reservations, I decided on this one. It was only a 10-meter walk from a main road, and safety-wise, I was relieved to find no issues. The hotel staff were very friendly, and while some travel guides say there's no air conditioning, they had the typical Philippine-style window-mounted (and a bit noisy) type. I always wear earplugs, so it wasn't a problem. If I had to say anything, it was a hotel on the first to third floors, surrounded by private homes and other residential areas, so there was a bit of dog noise. If you're an early riser, it shouldn't be a problem.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay at this hotel has been quite comfortable. While the location is slightly tucked away and not exactly in a prime or central area, it is conveniently near the airport, which makes it a practical choice for travelers with early or late flights.
The room itself is spacious and well-maintained. I appreciated the complimentary drinking water, which is always a nice touch. The bathroom (CR) is clean, although there is a minor issue with a small leak from the ceiling that could use some attention.
The bed is comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day, and the Wi-Fi connection is fast and reliable—great for both work and streaming. The TV is also fully functional, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.
Overall, despite the slight location drawback and minor bathroom issue, the hotel offers good value with its comfort, cleanliness, and amenities.

GGuest UserI got a very cozy room, but with a couple of issues: there was very little in the way of dishes, almost none at all, and no shower curtain. Plus, planes fly over the complex at night with a lot of noise.
Check-in was convoluted; for instance, if you don't have cell service, you need to find Wi-Fi (go to Starbucks) to contact the manager, who will then send you a pass to show at reception.
On the upside, there are many food options nearby, and the Mall of Asia is just a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation itself is located in a good and safe residential complex.

The hotel is located within the Salem Complex commercial area, just about a 5-minute walk from NAIA Terminal 4 (for domestic flights).
It takes approximately 10 minutes by car to reach Terminals 1, 2, and 3, and a paid airport shuttle service is available.
Excellent amenities and services:
Situated in a commercial district, it's surrounded by various fast-food restaurants (like Jollibee), cafes, and 24-hour convenience stores.
Ordering food delivery is also very convenient.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel because we are waiting for our 11 pm flight and to be honest we did not expect anything but at least a decent clean room because it is a budget hotel but the stay is warming still. The staff were kind enough to let us have the room at the grounds so that will not have to carry all our big luggages on the upper floors and the other room is also okay it's just a little cardio from the staircase but no harm done. All in all it is still a recommend for those who are also just like us waiting for their flights.

RRa_Chel30This hotel never fails to make me happy, the receptionist is so accomodating and polite, staffs are accomodating too. The area and rooms were clean super cheap hotel but worth the price. It has good location also..you can go out and roam if u feel bored in the room, only few kilometers away from moa, and so close to market and fast foods. Shower works well (i love the heater anyways) we go here regularly if we are fixing our papers. My ratings would always be good coz they desserve it..

AALEKSDEMThe hotel is quite decent, not run-down, and clean. It's very convenient for an overnight stay near the airport. You just need to cross the pedestrian bridge over the road. We walked from Terminal 1 to the hotel in 5 minutes. The hotel only has 4 rooms, with one room per floor. The stairs are quite steep, so climbing to the upper floors with luggage isn't very convenient. The rooms have everything you need. Overall, for such an affordable price, I don't think it's fair to nitpick about the hotel's minor shortcomings.
