I arrived in Manila late at night as a woman, and my flight the next morning was a mid-morning flight, so I mostly just spent the night sleeping. I considered a nearby hotel, but I thought this hotel would be sufficient for just sleeping. Despite my reservations, I decided on this one. It was only a 10-meter walk from a main road, and safety-wise, I was relieved to find no issues. The hotel staff were very friendly, and while some travel guides say there's no air conditioning, they had the typical Philippine-style window-mounted (and a bit noisy) type. I always wear earplugs, so it wasn't a problem. If I had to say anything, it was a hotel on the first to third floors, surrounded by private homes and other residential areas, so there was a bit of dog noise. If you're an early riser, it shouldn't be a problem.

Guest UserWhile Terminal 1 is about a 15-minute walk, the road conditions aren't ideal for carrying heavy luggage. There are a few small eateries, a roasted chicken shop, and a small convenience store nearby. The SML (Small, Medium, Large sizes of what?) is about 60P, which is almost the same price as the convenience store. I asked the staff about closing time, and they said 11 PM, but it was still open past midnight.
Now, about the room. Since there's no elevator, lugging heavy bags up the stairs is honestly tough. However, the inside of the room has been nicely renovated and feels clean. The toilet and shower are in the same room, which is fine, but the space is only about one tatami mat in size, so you have to sit diagonally to use the toilet because it's so cramped. The most critical issue is the lack of toilet paper. This really should be provided as standard. Based on other comments I've seen, it doesn't seem like it was just accidentally forgotten. Nevertheless, it's good value for money and has a refrigerator, so it's probably suitable for transit or just sleeping before an early morning flight.

BuboyThe listing was very clean, beautiful, and well-organized. Despite being compact, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was easy to find and very accessible, with transportation options nearby.
Check-in was smooth and completely hassle-free. The hosts were also very accommodating and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to others. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Guest UserSobrang ganda wala kang masabi. Malapit sa LRT EDSA, MOA at AIRPORT perfect para sa mga may flight. Thank you Maine Residence for accomodating us for 3 days it’s worth the price every single day you stay here. Pag labas mo ang daming kainan na malilinis, mura at masarap. Shempre iniwan din namin siyang malinis at maayos. Perfect talaga yung place we will book again after 9 months pag uwi ni Husband🤍

Location is okay, quite clean. Amenities are disappointing, just shampoo, dental kit and soap. Very noisy during the night not only because of airplanes but also because of loud music. There was a cockroach in the room.
There is no any service, just help to bring luggage upstairs.

Guest UserFor the price this apartment is great. What you need and no fuss. Only issue I had was the very poor to non existent internet, something I requested to have functional to help with work in the evening, and the refrigerator smelled terribly. Advice to people keeping a refrigerator off for long periods, keep the door open to air out the inside, and if someone is coming to the apartment turn the ref on a few hours before they arrive. Can't complain too much though as all I needed was somewhere to stay until my flight the next day.

This hotel never fails to make me happy, the receptionist is so accomodating and polite, staffs are accomodating too. The area and rooms were clean super cheap hotel but worth the price. It has good location also..you can go out and roam if u feel bored in the room, only few kilometers away from moa, and so close to market and fast foods. Shower works well (i love the heater anyways) we go here regularly if we are fixing our papers. My ratings would always be good coz they desserve it..
