We had a wonderful stay at Lanson Place and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the things that stood out the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by. The service and hospitality made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. We also loved the breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, and pre-dinner drinks—such lovely extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The infinity pool was another highlight, with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had such a lovely and memorable experience at Lanson Place. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Manila. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had a wonderful three-day stay at the Sheraton Manila Hotel. The Sheraton Club was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was consistently great. The room were comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. We also celebrated our 8th anniversary during our stay, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel made to make the occasion extra special. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. A special mention to the amazing staff, who were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their exceptional service and hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience. Thank you, Sheraton Manila Hotel, for a fantastic stay. Booked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was very good. The hotel location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport and nearby business areas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service from the hotel staff was professional and polite throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was also quite good with a nice variety of choices. The overall environment felt premium and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. My boss and client had a pleasant stay experience. Would consider booking again for future trips to Manila.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

Anyway so far so good..for us it is good kasi malapit sa mall and easy to go to moa too..for 5days in staycation in condo were good coz were safe naman po.. and the room is clean too then the security and sfaff were also good naman po..thank you and i will stay again when we were planning our next vacation in manila.. Stayed for 10 days at this hotel. First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well.

A bit disappointing. We arrived at Shell Residences around 2:40 PM and messaged the admin to ask whether we would be doing a self-check-in at the lobby since no instructions had been provided via WhatsApp. The admin replied that we should wait until 3:00 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time and what we were planning to do anyway. We waited until 3:00 PM and sent a follow-up message since there had been no update from the admin. Around 3:18 PM, we were advised that Ate Mila would assist us. We met her around 3:40 PM and were finally checked in at almost 4:00 PM. Ate Mila was very nice and accommodating—hats off to her! However, when we arrived in the room, we set the air conditioner to 16°C and waited for about 30 minutes, but it was still not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was also not working. Ate Mila went back and forth trying to fix the issues. She was able to get the air conditioner working around 5:30 PM, but the Wi-Fi was still down. Another staff member arrived around 6:00 PM, and the Wi-Fi was finally fixed around 7:00 PM. This experience made me feel that the stay was not worth it. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but instead of relaxing at 4:00 PM as planned, we spent several hours dealing with these issues. We had planned to watch movies and play games as soon as we arrived, but those plans were disrupted. On the positive side, we enjoyed the swimming pool, and our check-out went smoothly at around 12:30 PM. I hope the management thoroughly checks the unit before allowing future guests to check in.

1st time to booked this place and I can say na ba balik balikan namin sya, this will be one of our go to places na. The staffs are all friendly and approachable. Aside from the comment I left personally the other thing that I noticed was the dining area is too hot, it's not well ventilated. I hope you can do something about it so the guest can enjoy their breakfast. Thank u

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!
