3-Star Hotels in Pasay

My recent stay at this hotel was a big improvement. There's security at the entrance, it's easy to get a taxi, and the staff are very polite and patient. Just one minor complaint: the coffee machine at breakfast, all three coffee options tasted exactly the same. I suspect the pipes might be incorrectly connected. The management should really look into that.

We had a wonderful stay at TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia! The location is excellent—just a short walk from SM Mall of Asia, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere and a great view. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which offers a beautiful view of Manila Bay, especially during sunset. The breakfast also had a good variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both staycations and business trips!

The room is clean and with complete toiletries. The wifi has a strong signal. I enjoy the view and amenities in the rooftop most specially the pools! However, the sky activities are currently under maintenance which is one of the thing I wanted to do when I booked this trip to the hotel but all in all it was a great stay! Hope to come back soon!

Stayed here for an after-concert lodging. Very convenient location, as it is walking distance from the skybridge near IKEA/MOA Arena. There's an AlfaMart beside the building lobby, where you can buy basic grocery needs. Shampoo and conditioner are available in the shower area, which came in handy as I forgot to bring. Prepare to pay a cleaning fee of 200.00 upon check-in, and much better to contact the unit caretaker a day before your booking so they can save your number. Ms. Cathy was very friendly and she pleasantly left me instructions for a smooth check-out. Will book again for future concert viewing.

We stayed in a maisonette-style room with four people. The cleaning was thorough, and the hotel pool had lifeguards and shallow sections, making it safe for toddlers. The price was incredibly cheap, so we were satisfied, but for future reference, I'll list the pros and cons. Pros: - Security is robust, with a guard always at the entrance. - There's a pool, large enough for a good swim. - The room was clean, with free YouTube and Netflix, and strong Wi-Fi. - A water dispenser in the hallway offers unlimited drinking water. - A microwave was available. - A 7-Eleven is right next door. - The beds were plush and spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably. - Although it stated no outside alcohol or food was allowed, they didn't check at all, so we brought some in our bags and consumed them in the room. - On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the restaurant offers a buffet and live music. We enjoyed the performance and singing while swimming in the night pool. Cons: - There were athletic facilities like bouldering, but no one was using them, and I didn't see anyone inspecting them, so we decided against it. - Breakfast was only included for two people. The extra charge was high, so we ate at 7-Eleven, which had an eat-in space. - The shower and toilet were separate, and there was no changing area in the shower room, which was inconvenient. - The showerhead was fixed overhead, making it difficult if you didn't want to wash your hair. - The shower water was lukewarm and weak, making me wonder if we should have asked for a different room. - The stairs to the second floor were narrow and felt a bit scary. - Our room was on the outer side of the hotel, and a rooster started crowing incessantly from around 3 AM, which was very loud. It would be better to request a pool-side room. Since it was a rooster from a neighboring house, we just had to deal with it and slept with earplugs. - The hotel restaurant didn't serve beer. Overall, the access to various places was good, the staff were friendly, and at around 2000 yen per person per night, with breakfast for two and a pool, we were satisfied. There were many Filipino guests, more than foreigners. I also saw travelers with dogs, as it's dog-friendly! Honestly, the rooster was much more bothersome than any dog, haha.

The location and the fact that it was neart to restaurants. 5mins drive to airport or 10-15min walk. Very convenient and the place is clean too. Did not expect to find this hidden gem. (Leaving this review on behalf of my sister)

Our 2 Nights and 3 Days Stay was very Good Experience feels like home away from home. Clean and Tidy Unit, Malinis at mabango ang beddings. 5 Hours before the Check in The Unit Owner/Caretaker Message me via wattsapp sending the Details and the Door Password and the Unit GAF, all are smooth.. nakakapagluto kami kaya nakatipid. medjo pricey lang ang motorcycle parking nila nasa 850 nabayaran nmn for 3 days and 2 nights .

Convenient place for early flights, decent place. With washing machine. Cold AC. Spacious room with wifi , Could also cook

It was difficult to find the assigned building because there were too many clusters/buildings managed by the host’s agents. The staff had to direct me back and forth between different buildings, which was especially tiring while carrying large luggage. I also encountered one agent who, although she was not the person who accommodated me, displayed very poor manners and professionalism. She was wearing a yellow shirt and had a large tattoo on her left leg. She was speaking very loudly to other people at the reception as if she owned the entire building. She also put her dirty feet on the center table and chairs while I was sitting there, which I found very disrespectful and inappropriate. I strongly suggest providing your agents with proper customer service training and reminding them about professionalism, good manners, and proper etiquette. The overall experience would have been much better if the staff had been more organized, respectful, and professional.
