3-Star Hotels in Pasay

Had a great stay! After booking, they were very accommodating with their responses and all my questions. They were also able to provide everything I requested. Upon arrival at the condo, the transaction at the front desk was very smooth since all the requirements were already prepared. When we got to the room, it was super clean and smelled really nice. I loved the ambiance….it even had board games for entertainment, which was great for the kids. If you prefer to cook, they also have a rice cooker, microwave, and even an electric kettle, plus utensils you can use. We encountered a small issue where we couldn’t go swimming since it was Sunday and the office was closed, but the owner emailed the hotel on our behalf so we could still swim. They even gave us a discount on our extension fee, hehe. None of this would have been possible if the owner wasn’t so responsive. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much, AC Haven! Wonderful apartment with everything you need! It's a 12-minute taxi ride from the airport. There are 24-hour cafes and shops downstairs (very convenient at 3 a.m.). Special thanks for the minibar with snacks))) We really enjoyed it, thank you!

This hotel has all the amenities you could need. The shower pressure and temperature are excellent, and there's a bathtub. The room has a window with a nice view. Even though it was a smoking room, it didn't smell. Breakfast is buffet style. The restaurant on the second floor offers Japanese food, and there's a singer in the evenings, so I recommend it for dinner. If you take a separate elevator to the sauna, you get a discount (usually 1500 pesos, but 1080 pesos for guests). Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, including the interior, so despite its age, it feels clean, which I highly appreciate.

After staying at Selah Pods, I also booked a stay at Selah Lofts so I could compare and experience both. To be honest, I liked my room at Selah Pods better. The room I booked at Selah Lofts was not as visually pleasing, although the staff were still very accommodating and welcoming. My booking also came with breakfast, which was good, and Selah’s amenities were definitely superb as always. Overall, I still had a nice stay, but if I ever come back, I think I would choose Selah Pods instead.

The staff were very welcoming and would always greet you whenever you passed by them. The hotel facilities were also amazing, especially the rooftop area. It was super aesthetic and beautifully designed. The room was also very nice and comfortable. I will definitely book here again!

Good service over all. My kids love the pool and park. Nice and pleasant staffs.

I stayed alone, but it would be perfectly fine for a couple too. The hotel has a swimming pool, and security is excellent. The appliances like the TV, fridge, and air conditioning all worked well. The bed was a bit saggy, and once you get towels, they aren't replaced during your stay. Given the great value for money, I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Asiatel has a good location near terminal 3 and has 24 hour front desk service which was desperately needed as we arrived at 2:30 am. There is a lot of construction so don’t even consider walking. A cab is only a $3-$4 It is clean but older and with few amenities: a tiny bar of soap at the bathroom sink, no shampoo, no refrigerator, no hair dryer (though you can borrow one from the front desk). They did have new toothbrushes on the sink. This was our second time to use as a one night late arrival airport. Ask for the back of the building, this time we were on the road side and it was noisy. We like the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel for food in the morning, or lunch since we got up late.

Finding the Palm tree hotel from the airport was relatively easy, you just have to go up to the 4th floor, cross the pedestrian bridge and then turn left. The staff was very nice, however they did mess up my reservation and gave my booked room to someone else. They pretty quickly booked me a hotel across the street, which was fine. The sounds of the the highway are very loud but that’s to be expected. Overall pretty good stay for a one night layover at manila airport.

A bit disappointing. We arrived at Shell Residences around 2:40 PM and messaged the admin to ask whether we would be doing a self-check-in at the lobby since no instructions had been provided via WhatsApp. The admin replied that we should wait until 3:00 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time and what we were planning to do anyway. We waited until 3:00 PM and sent a follow-up message since there had been no update from the admin. Around 3:18 PM, we were advised that Ate Mila would assist us. We met her around 3:40 PM and were finally checked in at almost 4:00 PM. Ate Mila was very nice and accommodating—hats off to her! However, when we arrived in the room, we set the air conditioner to 16°C and waited for about 30 minutes, but it was still not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was also not working. Ate Mila went back and forth trying to fix the issues. She was able to get the air conditioner working around 5:30 PM, but the Wi-Fi was still down. Another staff member arrived around 6:00 PM, and the Wi-Fi was finally fixed around 7:00 PM. This experience made me feel that the stay was not worth it. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but instead of relaxing at 4:00 PM as planned, we spent several hours dealing with these issues. We had planned to watch movies and play games as soon as we arrived, but those plans were disrupted. On the positive side, we enjoyed the swimming pool, and our check-out went smoothly at around 12:30 PM. I hope the management thoroughly checks the unit before allowing future guests to check in.
