Very nice condo and excellent swimming pools with great views of the sea. But the sofa bed is not good as it’s very uncomfortable to sleep on it. One room actually only for two persons not three!

Very nice and comfortable condo. It is illegal to do short stays in this condo, so be aware of that if you choose this property, you can cancel if you are not comfortable with it.

I spent 5 days here with my wife. We were very happy with the location, amenities and cleanliness. We would definitely recommend this place and look foward to staying there again.

The room size is not too big but not too small for two. The decolation & the location is the best. There are beautiful swimming pool on the top floor 59th, fl. 40th, fl. 30th and the ground fl. of the condominium. You can enjoy the ocean view from the room at the 11th fl. There is a night market just right next to the condomenium. One thing you need to know if you drive a car and need parking. There is no car entrance from the beach front road (Jomtien first Rd.), you have to use the main condo entrance from Jomtiem Second Road. I called the owner when arrived the condo sale office. One of his friend showed us the room and give a key card. The room is new and just clean but I found an opened water cap and a fruit bit left under the table which was unexpected for us. The bed is comfy, the bathroom and the aircon is great It is easy to find variety of street food at the night market just next to the condo and the beach is just a few walk from the beach front entrance, very convience. This room in the condo is worth for money.

Our vacation was great. Cleanliness in the room, clean pools, a good gym and proximity to the night market. All this made our vacation wonderful. Since these are apartments, the owners try to do everything so that they feel comfortable at home and tourists do not bother them too much, for this they made access to the condo territory and the entrance to the floor where you live by facial biometrics. There are many elevators, we did not experience any inconvenience with movement. The only thing we did not like was the sea itself. 5 years ago the sea was cleaner, now there is foam. Living in the apartment was comfortable, there is everything for a pleasant vacation: bedding, dishes, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, TVs. There is also a safe, but we were not given the password for it. Everything in the apartments is new and clean.

There were no problems with the check-in, the representative met, processed, etc. without delay, even a little earlier. The apartment is on the 12th floor on the opposite side from the market and construction, the windows overlook a vacant lot, low - you can hear birds screaming in the bushes and mosquitoes fly up. We asked for higher, but they only offered even lower. It is better to live in a cabana above the 30th floor. The apartment had all the amenities for living. They provided a bed for the child, a sofa unfolded and made up, although the duvet cover was a little torn and not sewn, but clean. On the first day, breakdowns were discovered - the faucet in the kitchen was leaking and the handle of the door to the bathroom fell out, we informed the owner and the representative quickly fixed everything within two days. The owner of the apartment is always in touch via WeChat, responds promptly. In general, the cabana, like this housing, is already stuffed, but there are no special complaints only about the face pass. You are given permission only for two people per apartment, the third resident or child is not allowed and you can only go in the elevator to your floor or to floors with swimming pools and exercise machines, this is very inconvenient when friends or relatives live on other floors. To visit them you have to go through meetings on intermediate floors.

View rooms. Great rooftop pool. Market nearby. 7/11. Fast check-in. The only thing I didn't like was the waiting time for the elevator.

A chic, cozy apartment in a great condo. The check-in was very comfortable, as was the stay. Clean, modern, has all the furniture, appliances and household items. The window overlooks the city, the beach and the sea. I recommend!

I liked everything. Only the pool on the 59th floor was not working.
