One of the best hotel in my europe 2 weeks trip from frankfurt- munich- salzburg- vienna - berlin- antwerp- prague-amsterdam Zurich marriott has alert attentiveand courteous front desk , bell boy M lounge is a big big plus. U can relax and have some drinks and food. Esp in switzerland when evrything is pricey

The location is super convenient, right in the city center. It's about a 10-minute walk to Zurich HB (main train station), and there's a supermarket and the Limmat River nearby. It's also very close to the Swiss National Museum, Bahnhofstrasse, and the Old Town, making getting around incredibly easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a renovated room in the north wing, so the facilities felt quite new. The bedding was very comfortable, and for European standards, the room size was quite spacious.

A very decent hotel and recommendable especially for first time travellers in Zurich. Location’s proximity to city central is lovely. Almost 10minutes away from everywhere. I strongly recommend Marriott Zurich!

The location of the hotel is very convenient and it is easily reachable by public transportation, the staff was so nice to also arrange a connecting rooms for my family

Grace from the Executive Lounge was proactive and enthusiastic during check-in.

The hotel's location and views are fantastic. The staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is abundant, which my child absolutely loved. The Executive Lounge dinner is served from 5 PM to 7 PM.

The location is very close to Zurich HB. The lake view rooms are beautiful, and the front desk service is excellent.

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, it's absolutely terrible. How can Marriott, with such low standards, pretend to be high-end? The service was so bad, it felt like they expected *me* to serve *them*. I even booked a room on the supposedly premium side, and the bedside table literally fell apart… And the hairdryer? I could blow harder myself, excuse me?? It was plugged into the bedroom outlet, so it's not a voltage issue, alright? If my family hadn't stayed here years ago and had a good impression, I wouldn't have even considered coming back. They're certainly bold with their prices, but the staff, from the doorman to the bellboy to reception to the ******* at the entrance, were so arrogant, acting like they were princes and princesses. When a problem arose, they didn't even try to fix it, just dared to tell me to "go back and check" and then walked away. Are they insane??? This hotel is a complete dump, stay here at your own risk.
