Overall the hotel is older, but has a classic look. The rooms are large with lots of storage space, small balcony, good bathroom. I felt like these rooms were old apartments. I arrived at 3 am and had security take my luggage up to room. Very helpful. Staff is 24 hours. Pool is good size and nice cool, refreshing on those hot days. Only issue was once the shower water was hot, it stayed hot. Could not cool down. Bed is comfortable and had some English TV which was nice to have.

I have stayed in more expensive hotels and some Airbnb’s in Pattaya, and whilst it might not be the newest of buildings with an abundance of facilities. It offers good value for money. Quiet location, comfortable bed and spacious room, swimming pool on the ground floor, friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to my next stay at the AA Pattaya Ville.

We stayed here for 8 nights, and the word stayed pretty much sums it up. Don’t expect any kind of resort vibe — just a bed. To be fair, the bed was neatly made every day, and toilet paper and bottled water were consistently replenished, which is always appreciated. The room was reasonably clean — not spotless, but also not the kind of place where you’re afraid to touch anything. The location is without a doubt the hotel’s strongest point. It’s within walking distance of cozy bars, nice restaurants, and the night market. Perfect if you plan to spend most of your time outside and only use the hotel as a place to sleep. Then there’s the pool. Or rather… what was once meant to be a pool. Sun lovers can skip this entirely, as not a single ray of sunshine reaches it at any point during the day. Even the sun seems to avoid this place. The hotel itself feels abandoned, as if we accidentally checked into a building that was already halfway closed. There is a lot of overdue maintenance, and pretty much everything is in need of renovation. Overall, it gives the impression that the hotel might be preparing to shut down. Conclusion: if you’re booking this hotel purely as a place to sleep and plan to be out and about most of the time, it’s perfectly fine. If you’re looking for comfort, atmosphere, or a place to actually relax, you should definitely look elsewhere. This hotel is functional — and that’s also its biggest compliment.

The air conditioning was great, so I slept comfortably. It's close to all the amenities, and the service was good.

Swimming pool look old, but clean. Wifi speed is not good, 12mb max. Room is big but look old, room is clean. Walk 5 minutes to 7-11 store and SCB atm There is a balcony with cage. The view to field with banana tree. There is space in balkony, they could place dryer for belongings, but they didn't and I don't understand why. After coming from street my t-shirt is wet, it would be nice to dry it here. Cleaning and water every day Overall feeling it is good hotel

I have stayed in the AA many times over the 15 years great staff good clean big rooms and a small medium swimming pool in a quiet area but just over the third road which now there is a pedestrian crossing about a seven minute walk to the middle of soi buckow  always been a pleasure to stay there 👍

The price is too expensive and doesn't match the location. The room amenities are almost nonexistent; there's no hairdryer, toothbrush, or toothpaste. There are only two small bars of soap, and the water is unclean. There aren't even any clothes hangers.
