A very nice hotel. Clean and cozy. Located in nice neighborhood. Easy to book, easy to check in. The only issue is that WiFi is soooooooo slow.

The broken balcony door made it hard to feel safe and sleep comfortably. However, I appreciated that the bathroom was fully equipped with all necessary amenities.

We can guarantee that there will be absolutely no safety issues in our community. This is Thailand, not Europe, and no one will enter the room from the balcony.

The Room was Nice,balcony is small barely fits a chair. ..pool is great ,jacuzzi ,sauna available .. Gym is good and clean ! Highly recommend it for couples and families. Gardens around ,lobby is comfortable! Beautiful Place to choose

Hotel is ok, for this price. Pool is nice and gim was not bet either. But menegment is awful. I prolongated staying in hotel for one day more. And they took from me more then 25 presents payment then usual day . Ok I thought, maybe because of cleaning they have to take extra money. They send me message that they menege cleaning my room. When time came they just offered me change towels. I guess ouner of hotel have to know that his meneger is miserable thief. I guess in report to his boss he reports about spending money for cleaning but he didn't.

First of all, the price of your extension order is automatically calculated by the website based on your membership level, coupons and other related conditions, which has nothing to do with our hotel. Secondly, it may be due to language barriers. When the cleaner went to your room to clean, you just gave her a towel. She didn't understand you and thought you just needed to change the towel.

pros and cons -the place was amazing I like it so much and the location is near the beach -wifi is not available no reception(self service) and the blanket and pillows need to be changed very smelly and uncomfortable but overall we enjoyed our 3 days stay ☺️

Great hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not far from the beach, with a 7/11 and tops within 2 minute walk. Laundry matt and eatery right there too. Great place for families or those who like a quiet location out of the busy areas. Quick 5 minute ride on the scooter and you are back in the area of bars, massages and everything else you desire. Highly recommend this place for value for money!

very good apartments , but so far , management very kind and good , for family its good place , but for solo traveler 50/50 , far away from everything 😅

Had a great stay at the Venetian during my trip to Thailand. It was excellent and had all the amenities I required. It was close to Legend Siam which is where I needed to attend an event. I enjoyed the all round pool which I think is soo cool. The host was very hospitable and comminuted effectively and tended to my every need.

well I honestly wouldn't reccomend this one it's an apartment so don't expect any of basic stuff that you might have in a regular hotel

The landlord was very nice. The community was safe and the swimming pool was huge. I had a lot of fun and would definitely come back again.
