Hotels Near Gili Islands in Pemenang

During the Spring Festival, my family of 6 came to Gili M Island and stayed at Kurakura. I strongly recommend staying here. It was better than I expected. Although the hotel is not a five-star hotel, the room is clean and big. Although it was the rainy season, we stayed for 5 days. Although there were many clouds, we encountered a light rain for 1 hour. It was heavier at night, which did not affect the fun at all. We booked a connecting room with 2 children. There were 2 large beds, 2 single beds, and 3 rooms in total. There is also a small swimming pool. The island is very quiet. I met 1 Chinese in 5 days during the Spring Festival. Turn right when you go out and you will see an ATM machine, where you can withdraw cash with UnionPay. You can only use cash on the island, not credit cards. It was really unexpected. The hotel is located at the M Island Pier, and it takes only 1 minute to get off the boat. You can rent a bicycle to go around the island. Walking past the pier on the left is a good snorkeling area, with huge corals, rich colors, many turtles, and even more fish. Turn right and walk a few minutes to the small turtle base. Cross to the other side of the island, ride a bike for 5 minutes, and go down to the sea to see the most famous underwater sculptures. There are also many turtles and lionfish here. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and I love it here. The hotel restaurant is right at the door, facing the sea. The slow life on the island is great, a perfect trip for the Spring Festival.

We had a great stay in Mola2 resort. Travelling as a family with our two grown-up kids, Mola2 wa a great location right at the beach but with quiet rooms behind the first line. The staff was friendly - especially Izom who was extremely professional, helpful and attentionate - he gave us excellent advice and helped with renting bicycles and boat trip. He was also very efficient in checking us in at the fastboat for our return trip. The manager was also very welcoming and professional. If we get a chance to come back to Gili, we will definitely come back to Mola2 resort.

Beautiful secret garden close to everything (harbor, nice restaurants,shops) the staff was extremly friendly and adorable they help me to upgrade the wifi speed to work. The pool area is nice and clean. The breakfast is tasty. It would be nice to provide some fresh juices or smoothies for breakfast. They had amazing fruits.

Hani Hideaway is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff is amazing, super friendly and always there to help if needed. The whole place looks beautiful, the overall vibe is warm and cozy and every little detail is thought out. The service is excellent, every need is met, whether you feel like doing activities (snorkling, pilates, you name it) or want to chill at the pool; everything works without issues. Special mention for the family dinner - they really make the experience extra special as you end up feeling like a part of the Hani family :) The rooms are so nicely decorated and always clean. Can’t wait to come back asap ＜3

Heaven in Paradise! We love it here the trees around the pool, the landscaping of the garden, the open air bar, the colours of the decor and the decorations themselves make this a lovely place to hang around after a strenuous day snorkelling and walking around the island. It’s such a beautiful colourful place to come back to and in a great location. The rooms are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful and very well managed by Dicky, the wonderful manager.

Salim Cottage is truly unique and charming! The rustic decor and cozy atmosphere immediately drew me in. Each room has its own character, making the entire experience delightful. I loved sitting on the porch with a cup of tea, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities provided. This place is perfect for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

From our first step into this resort, we were made to feel welcome. All rooms are cabana style with direct access into the most amazing pool on Gili Air. Rooms had very comfortable king size beds with amazing pillows. TV with Netflix was installed and internet access superb. A good breakfast (freshly cooked from the menu) was served next to the second infinity pool overlooking the sea. Nightly films showing on a large screen which is common in Gili Air. Especially nice was the manager and family inviting us to join in with a sing-a-long at night whilst sat on bean bags next to the pool. No, this hotel is not perfect but if it was it would have 5 stars and be much more expensive. The pools, rooms and staff will give you a 5 star experience so please do not overlook this little gem. We had a short but great stay at Manta Dive Resort. Room was comfortable, good working air con and clean. Real fast was included and delicious with several options to choose from which is nice for multi day stay. We did one day of diving and the team was wonderful, rental equipment worked well, dive guides and boat staff were wonderful. The manager Rob was very helpful as well. Highly recommend as a place to base out of in the Gilis to explore and do some diving!
