Stayed here so many times.. Simple hotel yet satisfying.. good location, good breakfast, friendly staff, mall is just down the corner, great range of channels in the room.. simply the best!!

The room a bit old, but deluxe room is ok. The hotel breakfast is not much choices for the main course. Overall is ok.

This is my first experience of having to wait 1 hour for check-in a hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but we arrived in Penang at 7pm, we expected the hotel room to be available so we could check-in straight away, but unfortunately our room is still not available. We are very grateful to a female receptionist (wearing a hijab) who was willing to solve this problem within 15 minutes compared to the first male receptionist who made us wait for almost 1 hour to check in. I'm sorry for throwing a tantrum at the counter because we have to wait a long time to follow, we're really tired from traveling so far. The hotel has offered 8 free breakfast sets as a sign of apology for our loss of 5 hours to check-in. Thank you again for the efforts of the reception girl. The hotel is very comfortable and the food is very good, the only mistake was the moment we checked in. I hope I won't have this kind of check-in experience again. Thank you

Hello there! My kids had a wonderful stay at this hotel.we stayed at room with pool access, easy and convenience for my kids and myself. The amenities is good, location is just nice.

Very poor housekeeping. Not attention to details. Call twice to change my bedsheet. I think they given me recycle bedsheet. Staff need more training… bellman should offer to come and assist with luggage instead of asking us boleh bawa sendiri kan ?

A bit rundown and smelly from the carpet at the walk way. Hotel location is strategic near to highway. Breakfast foods no much choice but taste good. Friendly staff.

Located in Perai, it takes you around 30mins for going to Penang Island by car/ ferry. Not much to see around the hotel. Luckily, there is the Chai Leng Park food street (5 mins by car) with many delicious local food options. The hotel got all 4-star hotel amenities. However, it’s quite worn out and the cleanliness really need to be improved. A reasonable choice of food for the breakfast buffet. Food is fine. I would choose another hotel if I visit Penang again.

This hotel is conveniently location in the Prai area; close to the highway - access via car or Grab is easy. It is also 6km away from Penang Central for access to the Ferry. Check in was convenient and easy but staff has to update their knowledge on hotel, facility, bookings and room perks; and also the surroundings because clients might ask for information. Room was superspacious, internet was somewhat stable but had trouble accessing some of my work pages (probably network security). Despite looking modern, its also a bit runned down where some furnitures needing a refresh and touch ups (see picture). Bed and linens were spacious and comfortable and airconditioning was manageable. Bathroom was okay with the cute toiletries provided (really cute). My room type comes with free minibar so they refreshed it daily. TV screen is huge but channel selection was limited. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best but staff were always ever present. The doorman and security are kindest at the hotel.

There is no place to eat around here. The mega mall next door is almost on the verge of collapse.
