Response from Property: 感謝您選擇入住我們酒店並留下寶貴的反饋。未能給您的萬榮之行留下美好回憶，我們感到非常遺憾和抱歉。1.關於地理位置： 酒店距離鎮中心約1公里（步行約10-15分鐘），在南松河畔，我們初衷是希望為客人提供一個遠離喧囂、靜謐的休息環境。如果您之再次光臨，酒店有專門的車接送服務，您到城區，我們都非常樂意為您效勞，2.關於衞生問題： 您提到的房間煙味、我們酒店房間禁止吸煙，可能是前天旅行團有人在房間裏抽煙，非常抱歉讓您有了‘被迫吸二手煙’的糟糕體驗。萬榮的自然空氣本應是我們的招牌，卻因為我們的疏忽讓您聞到了煙味，我們感到非常慚愧。如果我們當時知曉，一定會立刻為您更換房間並進行空氣處理。 我們已對保潔團隊進行了專項培訓，確保在通風和異味檢查上不再掉以輕心。3.冷水中斷問題：因為那天您入住的時間很不巧是我們進行給排水系統保養。我們會在保養階段加強和客人的溝通。4.關於飲用水問題：餐廳就在大廳一牆之隔，大廳裏配有飲水機，而且餐廳配有，果汁，咖啡，肉湯等多種為您選擇，如果您需要包裝飲用水，可以叫服務生給您拿水，衹要您一句話，我們立馬執行。5.關於早餐： 您入住的那天，中國人入住率高，我們會根據國際來分配早餐的規格，我們酒店每間房約4美金標準，在平台上已經標出，若您有特殊要求，可以在第二天用餐之前可以和前台溝通，我們已將您的意見反饋給廚師團隊，正在積極調整菜單，增加更符合大眾口味的餐食選擇。萬榮的山水很美，沒能讓您在酒店也感受到同樣的美好，我們深感自責。誠摯希望您能給我們一個改進的機會，若您計劃再次到訪，攜程上預訂之後，請直接聯繫我們，我們將為您申請特別優惠並安排更理想的房間。祝您旅途愉快，生活順心。

Response from Property: Thank you for staying at Langyue Hotel. Vang Vieng is a small town, 1.5 kilometers from the city center. We offer free shuttle service and free breakfast. Because everyone has different tastes, lunch and dinner are served on the street for guests to choose from. Our front desk staff speaks English, Lao, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese. Non-speaking staff use translators to communicate with guests, so communication is generally smooth. Located on the banks of the Nam Song River, our spacious and bright rooms, ranging from 55 to 75 square meters, offer a comfortable environment. Each room features a large balcony and double bathtub. Enjoy the views of hot air balloons and paragliders from the balcony. We strive to provide every guest with an exceptional experience.
