6 night stay, was fine. Staff nice but clearly overworked. Didn't try any food, plenty of those options in area.. Room was clean and tidy every day. Room was somewhat dated, but in working order. Will stay again, but maybe 3 days and then find somewhere else for a change.

We recently stayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers decently spacious rooms, which were modern, well-designed, and comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and room is clean upon our arrival. However, we did experience one service issue that detracted slightly from the overall experience. The body wash dispenser in our bathroom was empty from day one, and despite its noticeable lack, it was not refilled during our stay. We’re unsure if this was an oversight or a reluctance to restock, but it’s something that could be improved. That said, the hotel’s central location and excellent room comfort make it a great choice for travelers. With a bit more attention to such details, the stay would have been flawless.

Blessed to be located where we were... however the pixie of hotel & window view was different to our actual booking offer? & our first day we arrived we enjoyed the hotel shower once, throughout the rest of our stay no hot water??? And assumed the hotel had timer on hot water our only downfall about mercure ✅️

Exceptional. Staff were as welcoming as you can wish for and the room itself was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again. Hats off to the team, this is what a hotel should feel like. Only feedback I could give is the minibar prices need to be easily accessible. I was more than happy to pay the premium for the mini bar, but without a price list available it’s anyone’s guess. Better to be transparent, as I said, I was willing to pay the premium if I knew what it was! Other than that tiny detail - wonderful.

Very pleasant stay. Safe, clean, comfortable, great service, great location. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They provide everything you need in the hotel, from toiletries, robe, slippers.

Near to the main shopping area in Perth city. Easy access to all the brands and plenty of food options. 15 mins walk to the pier and 20 mins to botanical garden. Both worth walking around. Room was not that big but can still accommodate the 4 of us for 1 nite. For longer stay, suggest a bigger room.

Close to the main street, very convenient The hotel is clean There are also kitchens, bathtubs, laundry rooms, etc., and the location is easy to find. The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the room is not very good I was assigned to a side room on the 2nd floor of the lower floor. I could clearly hear the noisy Chinese travelers next door and the sound of doors closing. I went to ring the bell and my reaction improved. You may want to pay attention to this when checking in

3rd stay here over last 6 or so months. I don't know, but it seems a bit less attractive to stay here now. The room is essentially minimalist but perfectly acceptable. Room was very noisy on level one next to an equipment room, but the rate I paid was good so I have no complaints on that. The really big issue was the clearly misleading marketing in the lifts. It advertised a breakfast deal for $20, but when I rang to book breakfast the receptionist had to check with someone and recieved a short reply ”you have buy for every night of your stay”. ie 5 breakfasts. The really great thing about this hotel is breakfast and more from 6am at the Dome, a west Australian cafe chain out the front two right turns, next corner. Unsure if I'll return to this hotel. For me now it's in thumbs down territory, primarily for the deception where it matters muchly, the stomach ransomed to the pocket.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth exceeded expectations. Ideally situated in Perth's CBD directly opposite RAC Arena, this modern hotel offers exceptional convenience to city attractions, Northbridge's dining scene, and public transport. My room featured the signature Four Points bed which delivered blissful comfort, along with modern amenities including free high-speed WiFi, a spacious workspace, and a well-appointed bathroom with rainfall shower. The 24-hour fitness center offered quality equipment for maintaining my exercise routine, while The Eatery's buffet breakfast provided an impressive array of fresh options to start each day. The Best Brew Bar and Kitchen serves excellent craft beers and locally-inspired comfort food in a relaxed atmosphere.

I was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown. The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay. The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.
