The room decor was very retro and cozy. Overall, the hotel facilities were fantastic, and it was great for photos. Parking was a bit inconvenient, but the overall stay experience was very good. We used the complimentary $50 credit for a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs!

Perth Two-Bedroom Executive Suite | Spacious & Comfortable, Excellent View, Thoughtful Service My stay in the two-bedroom executive suite in Perth city center was extremely satisfying overall! Spacious Rooms: The suite was very large, featuring a master suite, a separate bedroom, and a guest toilet, offering excellent privacy. The living room connected to a large balcony, overlooking Perth waterfront, providing an excellent view. Well-Equipped Kitchen: The full kitchen came with an induction cooktop (heats up incredibly fast) and an oven (very useful). The kitchenware and bathroom were both very clean. The only minor drawback was a bit of rust on the dishwasher, but it didn't affect its use. Parking and Transportation: The hotel parking is $35 per day with unlimited in-and-out access, which is very convenient. Do note that there aren't many drop-off spots at the entrance, so you might have to wait a bit during peak hours. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Mint and the pier. Thoughtful Service: During our stay, there was a long-distance running event that caused road closures. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing us to return the parking key after the event concluded, which saved us a lot of hassle. Conclusion: This is an apartment that excels in space, view, amenities, and service. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

This was the most pleasant surprise of our Australia trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and transport links right next door. The breakfast offers incredible value for money, and the room size was decent. They even provide a pillow menu with different types to choose from, and a Nespresso machine with good quality capsules – miles better than the Pan Pacific! The staff were very welcoming and even spoke Chinese. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant nearby are both excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night. Oh, and a quick note on the hotel's pre-authorization: the refund was processed instantly. Hotels in other cities and the Pan Pacific I stayed at before still hadn't refunded me even after I'd returned home.

The staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. I stayed for four nights. On some nights, I reached the hotel during the wee hours. The staff were able to provide me solutions to resolve the issues I faced quickly. They had been very helpful in helping me to receive my parcels and place them in my room. The gym was available 24 hours, which was great for people who needed a workout.

Hotel was in a great location close to bus routes and by the river the staff were so friendly and helpful the room was lovely and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable we slept so well. We had a great stay would definitely recommend.

The location is good. Super close to Hay Street shopping centre. A bit of a walk from Perth train station but its doable (8 mins). The staff are all very friendly and nice. I really love how friendly they are when they interact. The facility itself: building is old, I can hear a creaking sound when I walk. They provide very basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and shower cap; that's it. The room size is okay. I mean bigger than my Sydney hotel but way smaller than my Melbourne hotel. I honestly think its pricey for the kind of amenities and room that you get.

The environment is top-notch: The public areas and overall decor are very stylish, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for photos. The hygiene is excellent: The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors, making for a very comfortable stay. Front desk service was average: The staff at check-in were a bit cold and didn't offer greetings or explanations proactively. It was pretty much a 'self-service' experience. If you prioritize hardware and hygiene, you can book this place without hesitation. However, if you highly value service experience, you might be a little disappointed.

Second time staying. It's a nice stay. Clean room, nice design, nice view of the sky during sunrise and sunset. Good service. The parking at the street is AUD16 for 2 hours. To park inside the hotel is AUD30 whole day multiple entry. They do not provide water bottle in the room. You can take a reusable bottle from the F&b area and fill up filtered water or sparkling water for free. Location wise is just next to Kingspark, not far from the city.

City is perfectly central Clean and quiet overall The kitchen is underground, so it doesn't sound good. Sometimes I hear the noise on the street at night. Recommended to stay on a trip, but it's just a little expensive

The owner is nice. It’s more like a share-house, well arrangements with public areas. Not crowded, it’s clean and comfortable. People there are friendly like friends. Suitable for short and long stays.
