Fantastic hotel! It's clean, the service is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The location is also excellent, making it super convenient to get everywhere. If you're renting a car, consider Redspot downstairs; they share a parking lot with the hotel, so parking is free. Plus, the IGA downstairs has a great selection.

I stayed for 6 days, and it was my first time staying in an overseas hostel! Regarding amenities, nothing is provided, so you need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. There are only showers. The cleanliness depends on the room you're in. My room was a bit messy because I was sharing it with someone who had been staying there for a long time. The hallway had boots and shoes from guests, but it wasn't inconvenient to walk through. The communal kitchen and lobby were great for relaxing, which I really appreciated. There's also an exclusive guest area on the first floor where you can play games or eat. Since I was traveling solo this time, I didn't usually use it, but I found out about it when I had dinner with my roommate once. The reception staff were polite, energetic, and made for a pleasant experience. It was also possible to store luggage after check-out; it was set up so you could put your bags in a luggage room yourself.

I love my stay every time I come to Perth I stay at the Quest in East Perth. The staff are so friendly, helpful, happy, accommodating, nothing is ever too much bother and all with a smile. The rooms are so clean from the doors to the walls even the bathroom floors. The linen is white & the kitchens have all you would need and if you get a balcony room it's always a good view or an interesting one at least haha. As soon as you walk in its like they know your name you automatically feel welcome and everything is ready for you. From the entrance at reception to the door of your room smells fresh ”NO Musty smells there!”. Paid private parking or only key accessible locked gates secure parking if you choose at a reasonable price for peace of mind these days. Accessibility is everywhere throughout the Quest. There's a 24 hour mini mart across the road. Transport at the front door all hours, didi at your fingertips. Blink & your in the Perth City centre its a short walk or a free bus ride. Heating & Aircon all at your door of every room so you cant loose the remotes...lol TV in nearly every room with free WIFI. Couches are comfy & all rooms are spacious. Outdoor balcony has comfy & spacious seating. Rooms cleaned daily. Lots of nice street dining only 1 block away & restaurants on nearly every corner or a bar if your thirsty & BWS right on the corner. 2 blocks walk away from the park & 3 blocks walk away from the waters edge. It's got it all in a heritage style looking entrance with convenience at your fingertips all you need do is ask!... you will not be dissapointed! JUST REMEMBER THAT EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE HUMAN.😊 Thankyou Team Quest you are the best! 👌

In a prime location close to transport and free red cat bus. Many cafes and restaurants to choose from. Walking around the garden is beautiful. Iga is gourmet . Room is clean spacious has all the amenities needed including coffee machine in your room. Bed is so comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was was nice and quiet too

Excellent hotel at excellent location for excellent price. I’ve stayed for 2 weeks and liked every day there. Big and comfortable bed, air conditioning perfectly adjustable. Hotel is quiet and clean wherever you walk, guests you notice only at lobby/breakfast area. King’s park just across the street, city center 20 minutes on foot, 20 minutes to train station. Taxi (Uber) always around and arrives within less than 5 minutes. The only thing I could say it was issue is lack of shelfs/drawers in the room to arrange 2 week clothes 😬

The facilities were excellent, and everything throughout the hotel was well maintained and of a very high standard. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight. We were warmly greeted, shown around the buffet, and escorted to our table. The buffet offered a great selection of quality food, and the exceptional service made us feel genuinely valued as guests. When it was time to leave, the concierge promptly brought our car around with the same friendly and professional attitude we experienced throughout our stay. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the service exceeded our expectations. The facilities were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Pan Pacific Perth to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience.

Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. We had issues with our room heater and called the front desk at 3.30am. They were very quick to respond and send someone up to check. As it required a technician to fix it, in the interim period they provided us with portable heaters for both rooms. The next morning the technician came and fixed the heater and they even sent me a WhatsApp msg to update me when I was out and about. Thumbs up for their customer service!  Besides that, the rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean!

I am writing this to warn other travelers about a major security and privacy failure we experienced at Duxton Hotel WA. Upon returning to our room at 8:55 PM, we were shocked to find our room door fully open and propped up with a wooden door wedge. Our room was located near the elevator, meaning our personal belongings and privacy were completely exposed to every passerby for nearly 5 hours (housekeeping finished at 4:30 PM). The most disappointing part was the management's response. They admitted the mistake but refused a refund, justifying it by saying ”CCTV showed no one entered” and ”nothing was stolen.” This logic is absurd. Security is about prevention, not just reporting after a crime occurs. Whether or not someone entered is a matter of LUCK, but leaving the door open was a total failure of their ”Duty of Care.” They offered a bottle of wine and breakfast, which we declined as it felt like a dismissive gesture for such a serious security issue. If you value your privacy and safety, think twice before staying here. A 5-star hotel should not have a 0-star security protocol.
