This hotel is convenient and excellent in every aspect. It was much better than the InterContinental, DoubleTree by Hilton Northbridge, and Ibis hotels nearby. In particular, the InterContinental hotel, despite being over 100,000 won more expensive per night than Novotel, was inferior in every way. The InterContinental only looked good on the surface. I highly recommend Novotel Perth Murray Street Hotel to everyone. It seems like people already know how great it is.

From the moment we handed our car over to the valet, we felt welcomed. The reception staff greeted us warmly and made check-in smooth and effortless. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully presented—it was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a priority. The facilities were excellent, and everything throughout the hotel was well maintained and of a very high standard. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight. We were warmly greeted, shown around the buffet, and escorted to our table. The buffet offered a great selection of quality food, and the exceptional service made us feel genuinely valued as guests. When it was time to leave, the concierge promptly brought our car around with the same friendly and professional attitude we experienced throughout our stay. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the service exceeded our expectations. The facilities were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Pan Pacific Perth to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience.

Convenient, cosy, clean and affordable in Perth city centre location. There seems to be some renovation going on and thus it seems to be scaffolding within the hotel. Wifi can be improved. This is an old hotel (torn carpets, furniture, faded walls, etc) but well maintained for comfort by the hardworking staff.

A great hotel - we had a massive room with 2 bedrooms (double bed and a single), fridge and lots of space. It was in a really central location.  We were given lots of tea, coffee and water and a complimentary drink in the pub downstairs. We also had dinner there and it was delicious.  The checking in process was smooth, friendly and professional - they kept our bags till checkin and checkout was easy too. Would definitely stay again.  There was a little noise from the bar below but didn’t disturb us and earplugs are provided.

Great location! The hotel is close to public transport, with a bus stop directly in front and a train station nearby. The free CAT bus service provides easy access to major attractions within Perth's CBD (Central Business District), making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city.

This trip to Perth, I stayed in three hotels in total, and this one for 5 days was my favorite and offered the best value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it felt spacious. The staff were very polite. Initially, I thought they only provided two bottles of water daily, but then I found a card in the bathroom stating that guests could refill water on the first floor! We just didn't notice it earlier. There are many delicious and affordable restaurants nearby, and some beautiful buildings too. Plus, the free Red Cat bus to the city center is conveniently close. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel is old but the location is good. It’s clean and the toilet amenities are great.  P/s : they have their own parking but need to pay AUD38 a day (unlimited entry) which I find ridiculous. It’s ok to pay like AUD10-15 (as a hotel guest) but AUD is too much.  Street/ public parking is available nearby.

The twin and single bed room was spacious enough and came with a coffee machine, though the shower area was quite small. The location is great, close to the train station and right next to Coles, plus Raine Square has a food court. Downsides include no complimentary bottled water, very flat pillows, and the air conditioning occasionally switches from heating to cooling after a while.

While not overly luxurious, they provide everything needed for a restful night. Complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site dining add further value. In short, if you want a centrally located hotel with a personal touch, the Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth is an excellent choice. The combination of prime location and exceptional staff makes it stand out from larger chain hotels. Highly recommended for a hassle‑free, welcoming stay in Perth.

Stayed here for several nights during my work trip and had an excellent experience throughout. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Northbridge, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Perth CBD. It was also very convenient for exploring popular attractions around Perth. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and good amenities. Housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. One of the highlights of this hotel is the location. It is surrounded by plenty of dining options and provides easy access to public transport. The hotel also offers great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work or sightseeing. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, great facilities, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.
