Clean & well-maintained, conveniently located near the Perth railway station. Everything was perfect. Loved that the reception went the extra mile to surprise us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion too. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Every staff member I encountered at DoubleTree by Hilton North Bridge was professional, warm, and dedicated. From check-in to housekeeping to dining, the entire experience was nothing short of excellent. Especially Mr. Eranda and Mr. Henricus are professionalism, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help me to solve my reservation problems. The hotel's location is quite good. There's a 'Cat Bus' stop right outside, and it's not far from the Mint. You can also walk to the pier and the Swan Bells, which is perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also great; they held our luggage and even emailed us when our room was ready after cleaning. Highly recommend!

Parking is AUD $30 a day, which isn't too bad. The hotel looks great after the renovation, and there's a small gym. Although it's not fully equipped, it's enough to pass the time. The room is quite spacious, and it would be even better if you could stay on the 7th or 8th floor.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with Chinese, Western, and Indian options… truly something for everyone! 👍 On the other hand, what disappointed me most was the attitude of the front desk staff. The male employee at the front desk wasn't very friendly. I arrived in Perth on a very early flight, so I went to the hotel to store my luggage before heading into the city to explore. When I asked him about transportation, he didn't offer any real help, just told me to look at the street signs. On the day of my check-out, the same male employee was on duty. My flight was at 8:30 AM, so I didn't have time for breakfast, even though my room rate included it. When I asked if there was a grab-and-go breakfast service, he simply replied: ”No.” As a tourist, I found his attitude quite cold and completely lacking in customer service. 👎

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, some even looking brand new. I read online that parking was $65, but that's actually just for the area in front of the hotel lobby. I asked a bellboy and found out there's a free parking lot not far behind the hotel, which was great! They also have a heated pool, but I was too tired to try it on my first day. The bed was incredibly comfortable! 😊

The location is excellent—everything I needed was conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The room and facilities were also very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. The host was incredibly kind and quick to respond to all my questions and requests. The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable. Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient. But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

The virtual front desk here is quite illusory. They said the convenience store would be open until 6:30 PM, but it was already closed before 6 PM. The sign on the door said it was open until 8 PM... The code they sent for the key box was wrong, so I couldn't open it. Luckily, I was able to reach them by phone and get a new code to retrieve my room card. However, after 6:50 PM, guests can't enter through the main entrance and have to go around to a small door and back entrance through the garage, which is very inconvenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene felt just average. The soundproofing is poor, so it was a bit noisy at night.
