GGuest UserIt was our first time staying the Double tree Hilton Perth Waterfront. We stayed here because we had a function at Elizabeth Quay. We stayed in a king room overlooking the swan river, it was beautiful.  Positive-  Complimentary warm cookie on arrival  Location is good and near restaurant and cafe  Room is nice and new  Negative-  No coffee menu for breakfast in room dining Limited in room dining options  No parking or valet Nearest parking is in a public car park and was $36/night.

GGuest UserVery close to Perth Airport with a free shuttle service. The staff were excellent and willing to accommodate our departure time. The hotel's central island features a slide panel, allowing for flexible configurations. Both the service and food at the hotel restaurant were great.

GGuest UserVery advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room wasn't huge, but the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with Chinese, Western, and Indian options… truly something for everyone! 👍 On the other hand, what disappointed me most was the attitude of the front desk staff. The male employee at the front desk wasn't very friendly. I arrived in Perth on a very early flight, so I went to the hotel to store my luggage before heading into the city to explore. When I asked him about transportation, he didn't offer any real help, just told me to look at the street signs. On the day of my check-out, the same male employee was on duty. My flight was at 8:30 AM, so I didn't have time for breakfast, even though my room rate included it. When I asked if there was a grab-and-go breakfast service, he simply replied: ”No.” As a tourist, I found his attitude quite cold and completely lacking in customer service. 👎

MMarco VinciulloThe television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed the hotel, we booked here as we had stayed at the vibe hotel in Adelaide . All very good except , breakfast in Perth advertises fruit juice it’s not it’s a surgery drink, yuk !! We were. Checked by a lovely lady, all good until I turned the lights on in the bathroom, lights were flashing, like strobe lights. Maintenance man came and said need an electrician which could be a few days., the lady who checked us in said we could change rooms , we decided to do so but went out for a walk first. On our return she was off duty and a male who was on was very rude he kept Insisting we didn’t need to change rooms the flashing light could be switched off as on a separate switch. I suggested the flashing lights could cause an epileptic fit. He kept insisting all the rooms had the same fault and he would take us to the room to show us how to get round the problem. I insisted on changing rooms because I could turn the wrong g light on in the dark. He then found a room but said he would go and check the room to see if that had flashing lights. We changed rooms but it was unpleasant and uncalled for , not good customer service!!! And spoiled our stay , after that if he was on reception we avoided him.all other staff were fabulous.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff were very welcoming, and the hotel's exterior architecture is quite distinctive. The location is excellent, making it convenient to walk to both the pier and the World Heritage Site prison.

LLan_aI really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

GGuest UserExcellent venue for a short staycation. We loved the Swan River location with access to walk/ride paths and picnic spots. Great swimming pool with pagodas for shade. Good quality buffet breakfast offering all the usual items and some unexpected sweet treats and cafe bar. Our standard room was a generous size with king bed, bathroom well appointed, and all very clean with an added bonus of scuffs to wear and take home. Lunch and dinner menu was fairly extensive and we especially liked the garlic bread and pork belly bites. We will be back !
