MM40929****Great location, right next to the pedestrian street. Lots of food options nearby, and it's close to the beach. They have a 24-hour front desk and three fast elevators. There's a kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, two pots, a knife, and a cutting board, so you can cook your own meals. The cleanliness was just okay; they didn't come to clean during my three-day stay. I'm not sure what the two plastic sheets on the toilet seat were for; I'd need to sanitize it before feeling comfortable using it. There's also a 1 yuan deposit, and I'm not sure when I'll get it back.

--BT-Perfect nice location to stay… amenities were all in close proximity… underground parking made rainy days really convenient especially with a toddler.. shout out to the receptionists! They were all really friendly and helpful… Good size rooms but some attention to details would had made the stay a little better… one of the bedside lamp and toilet mirror lights were not working… the shower drainage seems to get choke occasionally while showering.. Housekeeping needs some improvement as we had daily different incidents… example one day we had the bed side tables pushed out of position… another day we had all the pillows dumped on the sofa seat… body lotions were not refilled… The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the view was really amazing! Oh and there’s a nice small pool on the top floor as well.. sadly it was a little cold and we did not had the chance to use it… Overall was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups..

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

MMightyMThe hotel location is near the Perth Station, Perth Underground Station, CAT, and Tranperth bus stop. Nearby restaurants from Western, Middle Eastern, and Asian food. Ideal for shopping. They met my need to have a quiet room. The room is small. Every day, they did a perfect cleaning. The bed is comfortable. Their reception are helpful and friendly, especially Laura and Tina. Had a wonderful time and will stay again.

AAizad FauziEverything was ok. Pleasant experience checking in. Booked 2 nights for One Bedroom Business Queen which stated comes with 1 Queen and 1 Sofa Bed. We used the sofa bed as well as the heater was direct to it as we are chilling watching TV. The next day we were informed that there will be charges of $50 per night as the housekeeper found out that we use the sofa bed. This should be communicated earlier as there will be extra charge for using the sofa bed, else please don't state 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed as part of the offering. Parking is limited. Can park by the roadside but please be precaution as it is very steep road.

GGuest Useri arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

AAmylulumi HoWe stayed for 4 nights and overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. During our stay, we ran out of soap and i asked three times, no one came to replace it until I personally asked the cleaner for a refill. Our first room also had a cracked toilet seat with rough edges that actually scratched us, so we requested a room change. In the second room, the room phone was not working, we went out for the day expecting it to be fixed, but nothing was done by the time we check out the hotel. To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating. With improvements in housekeeping responsiveness and room upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.

GGuest UserThe complimentary airport shuttle pick-up and drop-off is a great advantage. The hotel is basic but clean. There are several food options within walking distance. The only thing to note is to ensure you check-out at 11 am as they charge $40 for any extension beyond 11!

QQxzXoxoRooms were recently renovated and is superrrr clean!! Carpets floorings were vacuumed and I can see no dust. Stayed for three nights. Hope it will stay like this in the future! However toilets need some improvements especially the Shower area. No space to put our toiletries while bathing. The glass panels have spaces inbetween so the water will flow out and will make the floor all wet. Lobby area is cozy. We left our luggages at the counter after checking out since our flight is only later that day. Thanks!

GGuest UserArrive late at night but still able to take bus to arrive hotel. And have convenience store nearby. Spacious room but old facilities . A little bit cold even with the air con turned off in winter . Still using keys to open door and doubtful about safety.
