GGuest UserThe location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed.
The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay.
They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed.
The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big.
Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

Jjason BigJThe hotel's front desk was welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were excellent, with a strong emphasis on design, a seamless blend of minimalist and Chinese styles. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel's services, and I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Xi'an!
I booked an airport pick-up a day in advance, and someone contacted me immediately. The cheapest room I booked, while not large, was perfectly adequate for one person and had plenty of room for my luggage. The toilet was heated, and the shampoo and other amenities were of high quality. The room was spotless, and I especially commend Aunt Chen, the housekeeper, for her meticulous attention to detail, even folding the clothes I'd left on the bed. Upon check-out, I asked the Zhuzi receptionist to come and ask about my stay and give me some snacks. I was very satisfied! Five stars overall.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a fantastic location right in the city center, surrounded by bustling businesses and close to the pedestrian street. Transportation is very convenient, making it super easy to get to the airport. The room itself is spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed, and the breakfast is also quite good.

I’ve stayed for 2 weeks and liked every day there.
Big and comfortable bed, air conditioning perfectly adjustable. Hotel is quiet and clean wherever you walk, guests you notice only at lobby/breakfast area.
King’s park just across the street, city center 20 minutes on foot, 20 minutes to train station.
Taxi (Uber) always around and arrives within less than 5 minutes.
The only thing I could say it was issue is lack of shelfs/drawers in the room to arrange 2 week clothes 😬

--BT-Perfect nice location to stay… amenities were all in close proximity… underground parking made rainy days really convenient especially with a toddler..
shout out to the receptionists! They were all really friendly and helpful…
Good size rooms but some attention to details would had made the stay a little better…
one of the bedside lamp and toilet mirror lights were not working… the shower drainage seems to get choke occasionally while showering..
Housekeeping needs some improvement as we had daily different incidents… example one day we had the bed side tables pushed out of position… another day we had all the pillows dumped on the sofa seat… body lotions were not refilled…
The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the view was really amazing!
Oh and there’s a nice small pool on the top floor as well.. sadly it was a little cold and we did not had the chance to use it…
Overall was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups..

LLan_aI really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

It’s easy to get around Perth city from here, everything is within walking distance.
The hotel smells nice, and they even allowed early check-in.
The checkout process was also easy.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking isn’t provided and you have to pay if you want to park, so it’s better to use public transport.
The room was clean and okay.
The bathroom was fine for getting ready, but not the type you would hang around in for long.
Overall, the staff were very nice and I had a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThis is an older hotel with no on-site parking, and parking nearby is quite expensive, although it's free overnight. The hotel facilities are very old, and there's basically no service. However, it's located in the city center, which is convenient for walking around. I don't recommend it; the value for money is just too low.

GGuest UserThe location was fantastic. The apartment shares floors with live in residence, you exit the Lift and were welcomed with an aromatic distinctive smell.
The room was nice enough it was well lived in, with visible cracks in the paint and grubby marks on the wall. The guest services were fantastic. Besides it looking very lived in! It was great! On the expensive side for what you get.
