3-Star Hotels in Perth

The room was clean, and the family room we booked was quite spacious, with a fridge and microwave, which made it super convenient to heat up takeout. The area around the hotel is packed with all sorts of specialty restaurants, mostly Asian ones. You'll find Vietnamese, Indian, Malaysian, Japanese, Korean, and even Chinese restaurants – basically everything! Right next door to the hotel, there's also a massive Asian supermarket, run by a ********* owner, and it's incredibly well-stocked. Grabbing some instant meals from there can definitely save you money on dining out. The sky in South Australia is always so clear and blue, but the UV is really strong. Luckily, the room had those solid blackout curtains that created a perfect environment for a good night's sleep. Staying at this hotel was just incredibly convenient for eating and shopping.

ample parking spaces; you can park in front of your unit. there is also a bus stop within walking distance on both sides of the road to access the motel. i believe the rooms were recently renovated so everything was in good condition. there are some eateries within walking distance nearby and also a petrol station nearby too. a short bus ride (2 stops) will take you to woolworths for your groceries needs. overall a pleasant stay.

An old hotel worth experiencing. There are many foods around. Italian street, very close to the port, the coast is beautiful. The historical precipitation of the room beauty + delicious tea bag coffee. On the top floor there is an open-air local favorite restaurant + bar that can see all sides of the city from a distance. Beautiful. There are also shopping facilities nearby. Recommended stay

Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation comfortably. The hotel environment was pleasant, and the facilities were excellent. Everything was well organized, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the generous room size, which made it perfect for a family holiday. The only minor downside was that the elevator was quite small, which could be a little inconvenient during busy periods or when traveling with luggage and strollers. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The virtual front desk here is quite illusory. They said the convenience store would be open until 6:30 PM, but it was already closed before 6 PM. The sign on the door said it was open until 8 PM... The code they sent for the key box was wrong, so I couldn't open it. Luckily, I was able to reach them by phone and get a new code to retrieve my room card. However, after 6:50 PM, guests can't enter through the main entrance and have to go around to a small door and back entrance through the garage, which is very inconvenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene felt just average. The soundproofing is poor, so it was a bit noisy at night.

Just returned home after a very enjoyable stay at the Swan Valley Hotel. Rooms were beautiful and close to each other. Mini golf was a blast with the kids, such fun. A drink afterwards in the bar whilst kids played in the park, such an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounding attractions, convenient commercial shopping, free parking, small room is enough, there is no air conditioning in the room, the room has a small window: open to absorb fresh air is very good, the public toilet and shower room are very convenient, the front desk is on the first floor bar,  You can also  By the way, drink 🍻 or drink coffee ☕️ Sleep at night ＂ Remember to lock the door! I was knocked on the door that night by the guest in the opposite room who was drunk, and pulled the door handle, scaring the baby !

The room was a very small, tastefully retro renovated 1970's motel room. The bed and linen were very good ..The late night male receptionist was helpful BUT ....the TV had no signal, Plus the remote control did not work with 2 different brand batteries! The electric kettle had some dubious deposits in the bottom, and it was equivalent to a $40 hotel in Asia but cost around $160! I will not stay here again.

The hotel has a great location, very close to Chinatown for food. The room was quite spacious, a one-bedroom apartment with twin beds and a kitchen. The facilities were just okay, but the price was reasonable. The male staff at the front desk was very nice!
