Anonymous UserBooked this as we were landing around midnight at Perth Airport. David was very kind in picking us up despite the wee hours in the morning. The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for one night’s rest! He even gave us some groceries to make breakfast - milk, eggs, bread, jam, coffee - name it, they have it. Highly recommend! Net his cute little dog as well!

Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice

An old hotel worth experiencing.
There are many foods around. Italian street, very close to the port, the coast is beautiful.
The historical precipitation of the room beauty + delicious tea bag coffee.
On the top floor there is an open-air local favorite restaurant + bar that can see all sides of the city from a distance. Beautiful.
There are also shopping facilities nearby.

BingyaziThe hotel is located in Yanchep National Park and has a history of nearly 100 years. I chose to stay here mainly because it was the only choice and it has a good reputation. The room I booked was the most expensive room type, located on the second floor, with a balcony that offers a lake view. To be honest, the room facilities and decoration are a bit old, after all, they are a bit old, but they are still very clean and hygienic. The biggest drawback is that there is no curtain to cover the window in the corner of the room (the last picture), so I couldn't sleep at dawn in the morning.

Just returned home after a very enjoyable stay at the Swan Valley Hotel. Rooms were beautiful and close to each other. Mini golf was a blast with the kids, such fun. A drink afterwards in the bar whilst kids played in the park, such an enjoyable stay.

Posted on Jul 6, 2024|Queen Bed and Single Bunk Bed Room
Roger HardinghamThe room was a very small, tastefully retro renovated 1970's motel room. The bed and linen were very good ..The late night male receptionist was helpful BUT ....the TV had no signal, Plus the remote control did not work with 2 different brand batteries! The electric kettle had some dubious deposits in the bottom, and it was equivalent to a $40 hotel in Asia but cost around $160! I will not stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounding attractions, convenient commercial shopping, free parking, small room is enough, there is no air conditioning in the room, the room has a small window: open to absorb fresh air is very good, the public toilet and shower room are very convenient, the front desk is on the first floor bar, You can also By the way, drink 🍻 or drink coffee ☕️ Sleep at night " Remember to lock the door! I was knocked on the door that night by the guest in the opposite room who was drunk, and pulled the door handle, scaring the baby !

If you like old scary room.. this hotel will suit you. Stay just couple hours for sleep before we head to airport, the location to get to our room is so dirty and dark. You need to give $200 for deposit, which for me is bit to much when the condition of room all already break out. We like the location of this hotel cause close to airport. Staff also friendly when process our check in. Overall is budget hotel what u pay what u get. Is only for lay and streght our body after long drive before we head up to airport. Will not coming back there for us. Kids not really impress.

First, I asked if I could cancel a reservation made on a different day than ours, but they absolutely wouldn't. This place could do better.
The housekeeper came every morning to clean and provide towels only if I asked. Since cancellations weren't allowed, I was really upset that we had to go on a date we didn't want. However, it wasn't as bad as other reviews said. My friend lives in Perth, and since eating out at restaurants in Australia is usually expensive, we bought meat and alcohol and cooked together at the place. This was a great experience. However, the room didn't have any meat cutting tools, so it would have been nice if they had provided us with plastic disposable kilo cutting scissors.
Conclusion: It wasn't as bad as I thought. I came for a week-long trip and spent three nights and four days here for a cheap price. The rest of my stay was spent in a nice place. Friendly people like me will be able to talk to the hosts and get to know them. Yeah.
If you're planning on booking this place, it's dry, so bring a large bottle of water.
