"Location of the hotel is excellent. It’s right in the heart of CBD, close to shopping, dining, attractions and public transports. A heritage building with a pub/ cafe downstairs and accommodation upstairs. I enjoy the old fashions of the decor, wooden staircases and small rooftop garden. Thanks for upgrading my room to a Queen size bed room with a window facing the street. Generally is clean and tidy. Service is good. Thanks to Mark and all other Receptionists, they were friendly and helpful."

"Nice hotel, rooms were true to the pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful. 20min walk to the cbd but plenty of food options and a few shops within 5 mins. One minor thing but it can’t exactly be changed is that the toilet was too close to the wall. Could have placed them more into the room or even rotated it and had it central looking into the bathroom and it would have given the space needed when sitting."

"All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and classy. I love the beautiful interior colour and design, sofa and bed. Both the sofa and bed were very comfortable. It is very comfortable to sit on the sofa and have the food which was delivered by the in room dining service. Both the room and the toilet are very spacious and luxurious. Toilet interior is very classy with the marble finishing. I love Pan Pacific's Jo Love's Mango Thai Lime toiletries (body lotion, body wash and hand wash). I have to admit that I fell in love with the smell. It was so rejuvenating whenever I smelled it . Pan Pacific Perth's Hainanese Chicken Rice and Red Snapper dishes were so tasty. Overall, my stay in Pan Pacific Perth was a very comfortable and memorable one. I will stay in Pan Pacific Perth next time. I would like to thank the hotel for creating a very pleasant memory for me."

"Hotel is dated, the paint in the ceilings are cracking which is to be expected given the age of the building. The room does not come with dental kit, shampoo or shower foam. So be sure to bring your own. Take note the hotel requires a 250 AUD security bond before checking in. They accept both card and cash. Hotel is strategically located. It is easily accessible to the shopping street and Perth train station. It has some really good food joints just around the corner too."

"Checking in was a breeze even when we reached the hotel at night due to flight timing. There was a free upgrade of room which was a pleasant surprise. Room service every morning was impeccable. Place was clean and staff were courteous. Of course, location was fantastic, within walking distance from 2 train stations."

"Quest is a nice and clean service apt with good location however, I encountered an extremely unpleasant experience on the last day when I checked out. I had booked via Trip and had fully prepaid for the stay but hotel staff, Pablo, informed me curtly that the stay has not been paid. He threatened that the cost will be deducted against my security deposit if the hotel does not receive the payment. This is an issue between Trip and the hotel but I am being harassed for the supposed non-payment. Pablo was extremely rude and condescending and marred the whole service experience."

"convinient location to everywhere - hay and murray street, kingspark etc. info on nearby location is also shared on tv under hotel info staff are attentive and helful will repeat my stay there when im back in Perth"

"Close to CBD, and easy to take neighboring free buses. The building is a little of age. People are nice both in the front desk and service sector. One thing I do not understand is that the genitor knocked my door every morning before 9, just to ensure if I need my room clean.  The food was good at the lobby restaurant. I had salmon dish."

"Location is excellent. Walking distance to Perth Station, Bus Port, supermarkets, and food/retail outlets. Room is clean and big enough for two people. Room temperature couldn't be adjusted though and toothbrush wasn't provided but that's not a major issue. Service from the staff are excellent too."

"Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing. Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room. Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter. Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better."
