Be. Fremantle
"⭐️ 1-Star Review Very disappointing and misleading experience. This hotel intentionally misleads guests with hidden terms and unclear policies. When I checked in, the front desk never mentioned any “terms and conditions” about cleaning dishes or taking out rubbish before check-out. There were no in-room guidelines, no signage, and no written notice anywhere about this rule. After I checked out, the hotel suddenly tried to deduct extra cleaning fees, even though I had already paid a cleaning fee through the booking platform. This is completely unreasonable and feels like a trick to mislead customers. The sofa was dusty, the floor had visible dust and sand, and toiletries were never replenished during my stay. I even covered the sofa with a bedsheet because it wasn’t clean enough to sit on. It’s disappointing that instead of improving cleanliness, the hotel blames guests for “extra cleaning.” If you value transparency and fair service, be very careful when booking this place"
Ocean Reef Homestay
"cozy and friendly"
Discovery Parks - Coogee Beach
"We visited the Coogee Beach WA Discovery Park over Easter/Anzac Day this year. I understand that it’s Easter so should expect to pay a “premium” but the premium we paid did not reflect the quality that I would have expected of a Discovery Parks Cabin. As I had always believed Discovery Parks to be of much better condition, I have decided to share this feedback with you as I was not able to include photos in the feedback survey that I completed and if this sort of sub standard “quality” is not reported, how do you know? We paid $315 per night for a total of 5 nights ($1575). The staff I encountered, whilst “friendly” were not particularly helpful. They were merely “ticking the boxes” of being there. The location was great. The camp kitchen was very good. I suspect because the park permanent residents probably make sure the kitchen space is kept tidy and well looked after as they use it for their social club. We spent the 2nd half of our visit on a powered site so got to use the amenities and they were for the most part, OK. They were as I would expect them to be. The cabin we were placed in was dirty, there were cobwebs in the toilet, and dirt on the floor. There were broken things like the plastic holders for the blind chords and a tap in the kitchen with a piece broken off it. The cabin walls need a coat of paint and hole’s fixed, the bathroom was terrible."
Maand Up Fremantle
"Wow! Fremantle Boutique Accommodation Maand up is in a fantastic location—everything Freo has to offer is just a short walk away, from the markets to great food spots and even the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating, especially with our late check-out. A convenient and easy place to stay when exploring Fremantle. A special thank you to Phillipa for her help and hospitality."
Maya Maya at Mandoon Estate
"A beautiful place. The design for interconnecting rooms is nice."
Parmelia Hilton Perth

Crown Metropol Perth
"The television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay."
QT Perth
"Pro: Location at City Centre. Chic design. Contra: Only 1 car can stop for drop-off bag at the street, no proper lobby. Room so small. Never prioritise guess staying to have reservation at the restaurant inside hotel. The toilet too cold. Not suitable for old people to stay here. Staff are not fully trained, a lot of miss communication within staff."
Starwest Apartments Alderney on Hay
"Not enough hot water to allow 2 quick showers , and nobody to tell as nil staff/reception and as lady in the check in convenience store has limited English and said she doesn’t know who to tell!!!"
Hyde Perth
"Looked at so many hotels and finally picked this newly renovated one. The location is pretty good, and the vibe is nice. There’s a cozy little bar downstairs that gets really lively at night. The pool is a bit small, but the room size is decent.""
Discovery Parks - Swan Valley
"Lovely stay close to everything at a great price . Looking forward to coming back soon ."
Adina Apartment Hotel Perth Barrack Plaza
"Great location with really comfy beds. The studio room is pretty standard, larger than most, with a balcony. It has a proper sink, toaster, kettle and microwave, with utensils and cleaning aids. Pretty good, a bit over priced and the pool could be heated."
Crown Towers Perth
"Don't use the showerhead directly, or the bathroom will turn into a pond. The service really needs improvement. They'll overcharge you if you don't check your bill. I booked two rooms for three nights through Trip.com, but they kept saying they couldn't find my reservation. On the first day, they said they couldn't find the third day's booking. On the second day, they said they only found one room's reservation. Since I booked separately, I had to reactivate my key card every day. The power in the room would cut out and come back on automatically, and the curtains would open and close suddenly, which really scared me. The room cleaning time varied each day, and they'd often forget to replenish water or take a very long time. Plus, no one answered the phone."
Ocean Beach Hotel
"Old building in need of an upgrade but kinda makes it nostalgic. Enjoyed by the locals for daily sunset sessions. Food was great too!"
The Westin Perth
"Flawless service and facilities, superb environment, and beautiful rooms – fantastic!"
The Ritz-Carlton, Perth
"Beautiful hotel, right at Elizabeth Quay. Large room, love the toilet. Generous amenities, comfortable bathrobe and slippers. Warmly welcomed by Have at the reception after a red eye flight, I was kindly offered an early check in to rest. Excellent location, you are right at the city centre. Nothing to complain about!"
