This hotel is in the city centre surrounded by shops, markets and eateries. The staff is super friendly and kind, although they don't speak English and use translators. They provide a free pick up and drop off service to the airport and train station. The word of warning to travellers landing in Tianfu airport is that the airport WiFi needs to be verified by a local number so, it is quite useless for confirming the pick up service. The work around is to ask the service/information desk for assistance. It would be advisable to have a Chinese SIM pre-installed in the phone, but how, if you are arriving on an international flight?

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was quick. They were also prompt in responding to any issues. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was consistent. The overall environment was quiet, with no disruptive noise, offering great value for money. My stay exceeded expectations, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for future visits. I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

The hotel is also very lively in a town near the airport. There are many food and snacks nearby. The store also provides free pick-up and drop-off service. It is a very good experience. Special thanks to the warm reception and thoughtful service of the front desk lady!

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

The hotel is really good. Near Tianfu Airport, the service is also intimate. The layout of the twin suite is also very reasonable. The front desk lady is very intimate. In the morning, I can't catch the plane and have a take-out breakfast. We came to meet our needs for a group meeting. When we checked out, the front desk also specially arranged for the driver to send us to the platform! Really feel at home!

We needed a hotel to spend one night before we could go to Chengdu CTU airport for Shenzhen, the receptionist was helpful even though we had a language barrier luckily wechat was there for rescue, the rooms were decent however to our surprise the room had ******** locked in a box which I had to hide because we had kids, its a basic hotel, bed was comfortable for a night, staff even arranged a taxi for us to goto a hotpot restaurant, which was delicious, the hotel is bit out of the way, hotel condition is bit rundown, it is roughly 15 mins drive from the airport but the driver was polite they offer free pick and drop.

Traveling with parents to Xishuangbanna 2026 – A one-night stopover in Chengdu after an early morning flight to Xishuangbanna~ **Location:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 15 minutes by car (it took 8 minutes just to get out of Shuangliu Airport, it's so big!). The hotel is right next to a main road, but it's surprisingly quiet. **Room Amenities:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We booked a two-bedroom suite. The outer room had a 1.8m king-size bed, and the inner room had the bathroom and a smaller bed. It's perfect for a family of three! **❗Downside:** No elevator, which was a bit of a struggle (but luckily we were on the second floor). **Service:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **[Airport Transfer]** 1. The hotel asked us to contact them after collecting our luggage. In hindsight, I'd recommend calling a bit earlier, as we waited for about 20 minutes. 2. The transfer driver was very friendly and chatty – big thumbs up! 3. The hotel's own shuttle was in for repairs, so they borrowed a car from another hotel, which was a bit beat-up. 4. They offered hourly airport drop-offs in the morning, but in reality, they left as soon as everyone was ready. We arrived at the airport in less than 15 minutes. 5. They provided breakfast (bread and milk) the night we checked in. Outside the hotel, there's a huge field of rapeseed flowers, giving off a real spring vibe 🍃

She showed me this hotel and followed the car to the hotel. 15 minutes away, very convenient, the hotel is also very large and clean, air conditioning has everything, take a hot bath, can sleep until dawn. The front desk helped to wake up, and drove to the airport for free as soon as the agreed time of going out. The whole process was very worry-free and efficient. What's more, you can arrange with the front desk to have breakfast delivered the next morning, which is a fantastic perk. For this price, the value for money is truly exceptional!
