This hotel is in the city centre surrounded by shops, markets and eateries. The staff is super friendly and kind, although they don't speak English and use translators. They provide a free pick up and drop off service to the airport and train station. The word of warning to travellers landing in Tianfu airport is that the airport WiFi needs to be verified by a local number so, it is quite useless for confirming the pick up service. The work around is to ask the service/information desk for assistance. It would be advisable to have a Chinese SIM pre-installed in the phone, but how, if you are arriving on an international flight?

The hotel is also very lively in a town near the airport. There are many food and snacks nearby. The store also provides free pick-up and drop-off service. It is a very good experience. Special thanks to the warm reception and thoughtful service of the front desk lady!

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

The hotel is really good. Near Tianfu Airport, the service is also intimate. The layout of the twin suite is also very reasonable. The front desk lady is very intimate. In the morning, I can't catch the plane and have a take-out breakfast. We came to meet our needs for a group meeting. When we checked out, the front desk also specially arranged for the driver to send us to the platform! Really feel at home!

We needed a hotel to spend one night before we could go to Chengdu CTU airport for Shenzhen, the receptionist was helpful even though we had a language barrier luckily wechat was there for rescue, the rooms were decent however to our surprise the room had ******** locked in a box which I had to hide because we had kids, its a basic hotel, bed was comfortable for a night, staff even arranged a taxi for us to goto a hotpot restaurant, which was delicious, the hotel is bit out of the way, hotel condition is bit rundown, it is roughly 15 mins drive from the airport but the driver was polite they offer free pick and drop.

I chose this hotel because I had an early morning flight. The location is a bit out of the way, but the airport transfer service was excellent, and they even provided breakfast (milk and bread). Overall, it offers great value for money. There were some spiders on the bed, but luckily I'm not afraid of them, and you always find more bugs in the mountains anyway.

The hotel proprietress who was recruiting guests at the airport entrance was very enthusiastic and looked very kind. She showed me this hotel and followed the car to the hotel. 15 minutes away, very convenient, the hotel is also very large and clean, air conditioning has everything, take a hot bath, can sleep until dawn. The front desk helped to wake up, and drove to the airport for free as soon as the agreed time of going out. The whole process was very worry-free and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent—warm and attentive. They even upgraded my room for free, and the shuttle service was a great help, especially for my early morning flight to the airport. It's definitely my top choice for business trips, and I'll choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
