The owner, a Hubei native who has lived in Hangzhou for 20 years, runs a shop in Jieyang. He's incredibly warm, kind, and sincere. Our trip was to see the Jieyang Dragon Dance. While we were strolling through the ancient street, the owner urgently called to urge us to hurry back and get a good spot, as other guests had already left. He even prepared two stools for us to better watch the spectacle. Thanks to the owner's help, our trip was a complete success. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jieyang (the house is spacious and clean). Also, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and lovely! ☺

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are great, with perfect lighting that's not too harsh on the eyes. The bed is so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed. Definitely worth staying here again! The front desk staff are also very helpful, especially the water pressure; the showers are great and the location is excellent, with lots of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Transportation is convenient, and they even offer laundry service. Overall, a very good stay and highly recommended!

Haha, we are here again. Really stayed n times The sanitation is very clean and the service is very good. This hotel is the first of the check-in list. I have lived in a large bathtub several times. It is very intimate. There are disposable items ready for the bath. After the bath, I will make a tea. It is a very pleasant life.

It’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

We made a last-minute booking and the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was incredibly spacious and even had a living room – perfect for a get-together with friends! The service was excellent and the amenities were comprehensive. There were complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby, and they even provided eye masks, dental floss, earplugs, makeup remover wipes, and hair ties in the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The value for money was exceptional! The room had two TVs, so the kids could watch cartoons while the adults chatted and had a drink in the living room. The TVs even had streaming subscriptions. The air conditioning was powerful and the internet speed was great! We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the front desk quickly resolved them for us. We were very satisfied! Overall, our stay was fantastic and we'll definitely be back ~

The hotel environment is good, the room is very clean, and there is a healthy hot soup delivered to the door on the night of check-in, which is very heartwarming. There is a KTV next to the hotel but it is not noisy and very quiet when sleeping at night. The front desk lady provided great service, was responsive and solved any problems quickly. A little episode: I forgot to take my things when I checked out. Thanks to the front desk for reminding me in time. Thumbs up 👍
