The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

The location is easy to find, right next to Jinxian Gate, with parking spaces at the door and on the side (more spacious than Hanting across the street, haha), and the room selection is also better than the hotel across the street. If the prices of the two hotels are the same or lower than the opposite, then choose Ximan decisively. But I have to complain about the city of Jieyang, which is inferior to Chaoshan in terms of appearance. There is a reason why it is not as popular as Chaoshan.

The hotel is in a good location, about 500 meters away from Jinxian Gate. It is quiet in the bustle. I had a late flight to Chaoshan and wanted to have an early rest, so I wanted to stay one night near the airport. I saw this hotel was newly opened and had good reviews. It can be picked up from the airport and the price is moderate. I contacted the airport pick-up in advance, but after leaving the airport, I still had to wait for more than 20 minutes for the pick-up vehicle. Everyone else has gone and we are the only one left... I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived at the hotel, the air conditioner was turned on in one room, but it was very stuffy in the other room. The air conditioner was turned on for a long time before it gradually cooled down. The room had a peculiar smell, which was a bit pungent.

The room is quite large, clean and bright, the toilet is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is quite large. The bedding and toiletries are of good quality, and the sleep is very comfortable. . There are also laundry, drying and gym facilities. . There are many choices for breakfast, and the quality and taste are very good. The waitress is very attentive, the service attitude is very good, enthusiastic and active, and diligent. . The white porridge is also served with top-grade salted duck eggs, coffee, a variety of milk choices, Cantonese dim sum, noodles, and desserts are all delicious. . The front desk service is also warm and thoughtful, impeccable, and the hotel is very cost-effective. .
