🌟 My stay at Lavande Hotel this time was a pleasant surprise! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and checked me in quickly and efficiently 👏. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – I felt instantly relaxed when I lay down 🛌. What impressed me most was the bathroom design; the wet and dry areas were well-separated, and the toiletries were high-quality brands, showing great attention to detail ✨. The view outside the window was also lovely; waking up in the morning and opening the curtains to let the sunlight in instantly brightened my mood 🌞. The breakfast offered a rich variety, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and that hot bowl of congee was especially comforting and heartwarming 🍲. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful; whether it was cleaning or room service, you could feel the professionalism and care put into it 💖. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality travel experiences. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! 👍

The hotel environment is comfortable and it's only a few hundred meters from Jinxianmen Ancient City, with lots of great food nearby. It's really perfect for a trip to Jieyang. The front desk service was excellent. My delivery was sent to the wrong branch of the hotel, and the front desk proactively helped coordinate to have it sent to me. Big thumbs up!

The room on the 17th floor was spacious and bright, and very clean. The staff were attentive and thoughtful. The room was quiet, perfect for resting. It also had voice-activated controls and a very comfortable Mousse mattress.

This time, in Jieyang, I chose this hotel among two options closest to the main scenic spots, and I was quite impressed upon arrival. What I liked most was that all the facilities are very new. The lobby on the first floor is uniquely decorated, featuring a dedicated lounge area for tea and sofas upfront where guests can relax. **Location & Transportation:** It's a prime location, very close to Jinxianmen, Jieyang Academy, Chenghuang Temple, and Leishen Temple. West Lake Park is a bit of a walk, so an electric scooter would be more convenient. **Service:** Overall, the service is decent, and the housekeeping staff are excellent. Their response time to requests is quite fast. The front desk offers luggage storage. I didn't notice any other special thoughtful services. **Room Facilities:** The room itself is quite spacious, and the facilities are very new. By the window, there's a large chaise lounge. The room decor is cozy, the TV is brand new, and all the bathroom fixtures are pristine. It was a very comfortable stay. **Value for Money:** The Ctrip price was over 300, but I also saw mentions of prices around 200. I wonder if Ctrip offers personalized pricing? **Breakfast:** Breakfast was complimentary and had a rich variety. **Bed:** The bedding was good, and the bed was large. **Hygiene:** Clean, and disposable amenities were well-stocked. **Room View:** There are tall buildings in front, offering a relatively open view. **Gym:** Not seen.

Overall, it was quite good. We stayed here during the Chinese New Year with our child and elderly parents, mainly because we wanted to be close to the ancient city so we wouldn't need to drive or take a taxi. And indeed, it wasn't far at all; we could reach Jieyang Tower in just a 5-minute walk. Once you pass Jieyang Tower, you're in the ancient city. The ancient city was very lively on New Year's Eve, and because it was so close, I went back the next morning to explore again. The ancient city in the early morning is even more rustic and peaceful, definitely worth visiting at that time. All in all, the hotel was pretty good.

I booked this hotel four months in advance, and the price was comparable to a 5-star international hotel in a top-tier city. Chaoshan is just that popular right now! I can understand and accept that, especially during Chinese New Year. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Jinxianmen. The front desk staff provided great service; they gave me a map with explanations, arranged a parking spot for me in advance, and even offered postcard stamping – a nice touch for a souvenir. The room overall was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly fine. If the price were normal, I would definitely recommend staying here.
