Environment: It is convenient to go anywhere around, opposite is a large square, convenient transportation, eating, shopping and drinking, there is also a shopping mall, it is convenient to do anything.
Service: The service is very good, the front desk lady is very gentle and talkative, there are many free things at the front desk, very careful, breakfast is also very delicious, there are many types. The price is cheap, the price is high, and the friends say that the choice is good.

GGuest UserThe girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They knew that I was in a hurry to go out and made the wrong order, so they took the initiative to change the room. What a thoughtful service! There was no impatience at all during the whole process. It is indeed a well-known hotel here! It is worth it for this service! The room is clean and tidy, and it is also very quiet at night.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The bed was quite soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning was very cool.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean. I requested a non-smoking room when booking, and the front desk confirmed this upon check-in. However, there was a slight odor of cigarette smoke upon entering the room.
Environment: The hotel is nice and conveniently located. There's a supermarket downstairs, and there's also a commercial street with milk tea shops. It's also not far from the county center.
Service: They thoughtfully upgraded my room type, and it was a very comfortable stay.
Overall: Breakfast was included in my booking, but the variety was a bit limited. Rong County, as a hometown of overseas Chinese, isn't a popular tourist destination, but it does attract many tourists. During breakfast, I heard other guests mentioning the lack of coffee and a limited selection. Although there was food on the table, the breakfast selection was indeed a bit limited compared to similar hotels. I hope they'll improve it next time I visit.
Finally, I'd like to thank the entire hotel staff. Although my stay was short, the overall experience was comfortable and thoughtful. 👍🏻 Thank you all for your hard work.

GGuest UserI often travel to stay at the Astor Hotel. It should be a better hotel managed in a business hotel. It is clean, the bedding is more comfortable, there is a self-service laundry room, and the staff is more enthusiastic and like it.
Room facilities: The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, separated from wet and dry, convenient for washing and cleaning. There is also breakfast, which is very good. Convenient transportation. All aspects are quite good.
