The tranquil surroundings amid-st the spice plantations provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hospitality was good. Byju the care taker showed us the entire plantations. Exploring the spice gardens and trekking in the nearby hills were definite highlights, offering a glimpse into kerala's natural beauty. Food is not available at the premises, you have to go 1km to have food. Overall, my stay at sunleo spice villas and homestays exceeded my expectations, and i would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and rejuvenating getaway”

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good. Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.
