It was ok. Clean, location was ok, very quite place. Morning kinda long traffic out from here. Just that the receptionist will not be available for late check-in, need to call to get the receptionist to come, about 5 minutes then come. Checkout is easy, just dropped the card, was checkout in the morning and no one was there.

Checking was fast and efficient .The room 1504 was average ,with torn day curtain.The TV was faulty.Only 1 channel available.No proper signage to the hotel parking and exit from car park.

Waited 20 mins outside the room for the low battery door knob which not functioning at 2am Changed to another room after the long waited arrangement. Might have check the functionality from time to time.

Bilik cantik and selesa tuk small family.. cuma hotel xda bellboy so struggle sket nk bwk brg luckily msa check in ada adk housekeeping tlg bwk kan.. parking not inclusive kena byar rm10.60 for pass season.. parking lot agak gloomy.. the rest ok..

Easy to find food, nice room but no parking lot for the guests

The hotel is a pleasant place to stay at but when we first arrived the room was not cleaned up properly as they were short of staff. The staff are efficient and kind.

Reception is obvious leak of manpower. No interaction from reception when check in. Cleanliness is ok but qualities for room amenities need improve such as towels and boiling kettle. Seem not clean enough. Hotel location is depend your visit purpose. For me is fine and lots of restaurants in the same development project. View of room is good with nice view facing The curve. Room is spacious for the price offered.

The hotel is decent overall, but it would be better if there were more shops nearby.
