The room wasn't cleaned properly; trash on the floor was left there for over a day. They only changed towels and tidied the bed sheets. My friend even found small cockroaches in their room, and I saw a very large one in the elevator.

The hotel is quite far from the city center. If it weren't for a class I had to attend, I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. It's old and dirty. There are a few restaurants near the hotel, and the food is decent. The staff are polite and service-oriented. The room is large.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time! The staff were very friendly, and the views from the higher floors were great. I had a wonderful and very comfortable rest at night. It was fantastic!

The location was good near to Dash Highway. Its quite easy for me to go to Subang during my stay.

The booking photo looks very nice. But went there will feel sad. Lobby no lights. ,Reception like one star. Sometime teception no people. Parking no free. Pillow too old d. Can feel the cotton already one ball one ball. Bed already yellowsih and middle already lump. Oje word..disapoimted. Suggestion to change if possible.

I booked this hotel because it's close to SS2. The hotel environment is decent, and the cleanliness is quite good. What really surprised me was the breakfast; it's served at a separate Hainan cafe, where you can order à la carte.

Parking is charged by the hour, which is quite inconvenient. The location isn’t great, and worst the cleanliness was really disappointing. The towels and bedsheets looked yellowish and felt unhygienic, more like a motel than a proper hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

It looks like the bedsheets weren’t changed. We found a lot of hair on the bed, which makes us feel the room may not have been properly cleaned before we arrived.

A very quiet area. Just the car park was a bit hard to find. But clean and the price was okay.

I think the parking is a little confusing, you should have like a directory for your guest.

Room was dirty with cockroaches found both in the toilet and room under the refrigerator. Sofa with yellow stains and the wall painted is tearing off. No hotel car park, and the parking space is managed by another building management where it calculated by hours, we paid a total of RM60+ for 2 days stay there and the overnight parking. It doesn’t look like a 4-hotel as advertised, no aircond in the lobby, broken lift, dirty room and the lift shared with all office workers as well where they can access to the floor of your hotel room, no access card needed to go to certain floor, security and safety wise, need to be upgraded. Breakfast is not as a buffet breakfast, but it’s hosted by another hainamese cafe, where you can order one ala carte meal and with budget restrictions as well. Overall, not a very pleasant stay for this.
