Friendly staff, It's a good hotel, it's value for money,the hotel clean & tidy, the only thing is, tv chanel not so good, but it's not a big deal for us, and suitable for family, friends, & couples, the hotel located at a strategic area, opposite the mc Donald at ss2, or dking durian, overall is good, recommended ✅✅👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1. Great Location The hotel is very well located, close to a large shopping mall with plenty of food options nearby, which is very convenient. 2. Convenient Transportation The hotel is very close to the MRT station, making it very easy to get around, whether for travel or shopping. 3. Decent Cleanliness The cleanliness of the hotel is acceptable, but I hope the hotel can consider providing face towels, which would enhance the guest experience. 3. Old Furniture I understand that this hotel has a long history, but the furniture in the rooms is too outdated and needs to be updated and maintained. 4. Iron Issue The provided iron has a burnt surface, which severely affects its usability and even stained my clothes. I suggest the hotel replace the iron promptly. 5. Poor Sound Insulation The sound insulation between rooms is poor. At night, I could hear the sounds of the couple next door making love, which disturbed my rest. I recommend the hotel improve its soundproofing measures. Overall, the hotel's location and transportation are its biggest advantages, but there is room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance, sound insulation, and guest experience.

Great Hotel and very convenient for everything. Many GOOD Food evwrywhere.... Nice decoration & very neat. Convenient underground parking for All those coming by own car. Will definitely come Back to This Hotel Anytime i visit PJ area....easy to also Travel to KL area for a walk....Hotel staffs are fantastic. Very friendly and helpfull... keep it great!👍

Had a great time with my kids here. Room are clean just that the small pillow a little smelly. Air cond was superb very very cold even at 20 degrees. Water heater not that hot even set to the max. Tv channels were plenty from netflix.

Amazing place!! Absolutely everything is top notch!!! Perfectly clean room, everything is brand new, very beautiful, stylish, neat! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need! Snow-white bed linen, clean new towels. Large, free parking! The service is beyond praise! Manager Brandon greeted us politely and caringly, honestly warned about possible noise due to construction nearby, but in the end there was complete silence. It is very nice that Brandon warned us honestly about everything before check-in. In addition to the fact that they met us, the manager contacted us and found out if everything was okay! They responded to requests immediately. A complete feeling that you are welcome. On the upper floors there is a magnificent clean pool and a high-quality gym. I did not expect such comfort for such a low cost!! During this trip, we stayed in other hotels for a higher price and they were not even close in quality to this place. This is just a diamond in Kuala Lumpur! We sincerely recommend everyone to stay here and once again thank Brandon and his team!

It was the best stay for me as the unit was extremely clean and subtle. Truly loved the ambiance that I had no regrets of extending another one night. Definitely worth coming back.

I recently stayed at Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding staff. On June 30, 2024, I realized that I had left my jewelry in the hotel room after checking out. In a panic, I called the hotel and spoke with Mr. Azam, the Guest Service Agent. His calming demeanor and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. Within minutes, Mr. Azam, along with Ms. Saherah, the Senior Security Officer, assured me that they were on it. Their thorough check revealed that Ms. Shanti, the diligent Housekeeping Maid, had found my jewelry and promptly reported it to her manager, Mr. Tarmizee, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The swift and professional actions didn’t stop there. Ms. Shanti and Mr. Tarmizee handed over the jewelry to Mr. Zairul Azli, the Assistant Safety & Security Manager, for verification. To ensure the highest level of security, Mr. Zairul reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm that no one else had entered the room after I checked out. This meticulous attention to detail and the seamless coordination among the staff members were truly remarkable. Their honesty, efficiency, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Azam, Ms. Saherah, Ms. Shanti, Mr. Tarmizee, and Mr. Zairul Azli for their exceptional service and assistance. Hotel location is good. Train station is right behind the hotel. A little dim in the room but overall cleanliness is good. Breakfast nothing to shout about. Service was good and overall experience was 5/5 for the price we pay 👍🏻

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider
